【摘要】：使用1999~2007年中國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),估計(jì)全要素生產(chǎn)率(TFP),以省份和行業(yè)為分組,分別計(jì)算TFP離散度、資本和勞動(dòng)的邊際收入產(chǎn)品離散度,并進(jìn)而考察生產(chǎn)率波動(dòng)對(duì)資源配置的內(nèi)生影響。研究表明:資本、勞動(dòng)要素在30個(gè)工業(yè)行業(yè)內(nèi)存在不同程度的配置扭曲,且資本要素扭曲要大于勞動(dòng)要素的扭曲;生產(chǎn)率波動(dòng)與資源誤置之間存在顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,生產(chǎn)率波動(dòng)越大,資源誤置的程度越高。在工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)中,生產(chǎn)率波動(dòng)在一定程度上解釋了行業(yè)層面和省份層面的資源配置扭曲(10%~30%),傳統(tǒng)關(guān)于調(diào)節(jié)資源配置政策的福利效應(yīng)可能被高估。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China ' s industrial enterprises from 1999 to 2007 , the total factor productivity ( TFPs ) is estimated , and the discrete degree of marginal income products in the discrete degree , capital and labor are calculated respectively in the provinces and industries . The research shows that capital and labor factors have different degrees of distribution distortion in 30 industrial sectors , and the higher the fluctuation of productivity , the higher the degree of resource misplacement . In the industrial economy , the higher the productivity fluctuation , the higher the resource misplacement .
