【摘要】：近年來(lái),醫(yī)藥行業(yè)增速遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于我國(guó)的GDP增速,連續(xù)十幾年都是兩位數(shù)增長(zhǎng),隨著醫(yī)改不斷深化,市場(chǎng)化程度將持續(xù)提升。國(guó)家大力推動(dòng)“一帶一路”等對(duì)外開(kāi)放合作的外交戰(zhàn)略,支持包括醫(yī)藥行業(yè)在內(nèi)的中國(guó)企業(yè)加強(qiáng)國(guó)際交流和合作,中國(guó)的醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng),尤其是欠發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家市場(chǎng)也將得到進(jìn)一步的拓展。此時(shí)研究中國(guó)醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)國(guó)際化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)于行業(yè)發(fā)展和國(guó)際化水平的提升具有重大理論和實(shí)踐意義。本文依照“發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題”的思路,研究中國(guó)醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)國(guó)際化業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略這個(gè)核心問(wèn)題。本文分析中國(guó)醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)國(guó)際化業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀和經(jīng)驗(yàn),找出了目前存在的五大問(wèn)題,通過(guò)分析政策和經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境以及國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)藥市場(chǎng)國(guó)際化形勢(shì)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),研究對(duì)標(biāo)企業(yè)的發(fā)展路徑,學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),梳理國(guó)際化業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展思路。結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)踐和理論分析成果,本文對(duì)中國(guó)醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略提出了下一步具體改進(jìn)方向。要通過(guò)對(duì)貿(mào)易、工業(yè)、研發(fā)和服務(wù)四大業(yè)務(wù)板塊的國(guó)際化建設(shè),打造協(xié)同機(jī)制,不斷豐富國(guó)際化產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),完善國(guó)際化工業(yè)基地和研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)布局,健全海外業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。同時(shí)在戰(zhàn)略舉措和戰(zhàn)略保障層面也給出具體建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the growth rate of pharmaceutical industry is far higher than the growth rate of GDP in our country, it is double-digit growth for ten years in succession. With the deepening of medical reform, the degree of marketization will continue to improve. The state has vigorously promoted the diplomatic strategy of "Belt and Road" and other opening-up and cooperation, and has supported Chinese enterprises, including the pharmaceutical industry, to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, and China's pharmaceutical products and services are in the international market. In particular, markets in less developed countries will also be further expanded. At this time, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the internationalization development strategy of China Pharmaceutical Group for the promotion of industry development and internationalization level. According to the idea of "finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems", this paper studies the core problem of international business development strategy of China Pharmaceutical Group. This paper analyzes the current situation and experience of the internationalization business of China Pharmaceutical Group, and finds out the five problems that exist at present. Through the analysis of the policy and economic environment, the internationalization situation and development trend of the domestic and foreign pharmaceutical market, Research the development path of the standard enterprises, learn advanced experience, and comb the international business development ideas. Combined with the business practice and theoretical analysis results, this paper puts forward the next specific direction of improvement to the internationalization strategy of China Pharmaceutical Group. Through the internationalization of trade, industry, R & D and service, we should create a cooperative mechanism, enrich international products and services, perfect the layout of international industrial bases and R & D institutions, and improve the overseas business network. At the same time in strategic initiatives and strategic support level also gives specific recommendations.
