工業(yè)工程分析與改善方法在T企業(yè)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和人民健康意識(shí)的不斷提高,我國(guó)醫(yī)療器械市場(chǎng)需求增長(zhǎng)迅猛。面對(duì)良好的發(fā)展時(shí)機(jī),國(guó)內(nèi)中小型醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)卻突顯出競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不足的現(xiàn)象。對(duì)此,中小型醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)亟需通過(guò)科學(xué)管理來(lái)提高效率、增加產(chǎn)能,以在短期內(nèi)提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。這與工業(yè)工程的思想方法不謀而合,因此在中小型醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)中進(jìn)行工業(yè)工程分析改善尤為重要。本研究以具體的中小型醫(yī)療器械T企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)運(yùn)用工業(yè)工程的分析方法探究導(dǎo)致企業(yè)效率低下的主要原因,再針對(duì)該原因運(yùn)用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、方法研究和生產(chǎn)線平衡研究來(lái)進(jìn)行全面地分析與改善,并借助Witness仿真技術(shù)提出增加產(chǎn)量的具體方法。首先,為探究導(dǎo)致企業(yè)出現(xiàn)效率低下的原因,本研究借助魚(yú)刺圖分析法及層次分析法從人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,得出生產(chǎn)方法為主要原因因素,為后續(xù)的改善奠定基礎(chǔ)。其次,對(duì)生產(chǎn)方法涉及的三個(gè)方面做出具體改善:通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)組織架構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),為改善工作的開(kāi)展做好組織準(zhǔn)備;運(yùn)用目視管理和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)5S管理方法來(lái)改善生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),提供了良好的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境;對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行方法研究,結(jié)合“5W1H、ECRS”技術(shù)方法使生產(chǎn)的工藝程序、流程程序、生產(chǎn)線布局更加合理,并對(duì)改善前后的生產(chǎn)線平衡率進(jìn)行計(jì)算對(duì)比,完成了對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程改善結(jié)果的評(píng)價(jià)。最后,借助Witness軟件對(duì)產(chǎn)品的裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行建模仿真,研究機(jī)器利用率和產(chǎn)量的情況,并針對(duì)機(jī)器平均利用率低和產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量不足的問(wèn)題提出了三種不同的改善方案,隨后對(duì)三種方案依次仿真,評(píng)選出最優(yōu)方案,達(dá)到了提高機(jī)器平均利用率和產(chǎn)量的目的。通過(guò)對(duì)T企業(yè)實(shí)施全面改善后,提升了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,增加了產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's health consciousness, the market demand for medical devices in China is increasing rapidly. Facing the good development opportunity, the domestic small and medium-sized medical device enterprise actually highlights the competition ability insufficient phenomenon. In view of this, small and medium-sized medical device enterprises urgently need to improve efficiency and increase production capacity through scientific management, in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the short term. This coincides with the idea of industrial engineering, so it is very important to analyze and improve industrial engineering in small and medium-sized medical device enterprises. This research takes the concrete small and medium-sized medical device T enterprise as the research object, through the use of the industrial engineering analysis method to explore the main reason which causes the enterprise inefficiency, and then uses the field management to the reason. Methods the research and production line balance research were carried out to analyze and improve comprehensively, and the concrete method of increasing output was put forward by Witness simulation technology. First of all, in order to explore the causes of the inefficiency of enterprises, this study analyzes the factors of people, machines, materials, methods and rings with the help of fish-prick analysis and analytic hierarchy process, and draws the conclusion that the production method is the main factor. Lay the foundation for further improvement. Secondly, three aspects of production methods are improved: through the optimization of the organizational structure of the enterprise, the organization preparation for the improvement work is made; the visual management and 5S management methods are used to improve the production site. It provides a good production environment, studies the method of production process, combines "5W1H / ECRS" technology method to make the production process, process procedure and production line layout more reasonable, and calculates and compares the balance rate of production line before and after improvement. The evaluation of the improvement results of the production process has been completed. Finally, using Witness software to model and simulate the assembly production process of products, the paper studies the situation of machine utilization ratio and output, and puts forward three different improvement schemes aiming at the problem of low average machine utilization ratio and insufficient product output. Then the three schemes are simulated in turn to select the optimal scheme, which achieves the purpose of improving the average utilization ratio and output of the machine. Through the comprehensive improvement of T enterprise, the production efficiency of the enterprise is improved and the production capacity is increased.
