【摘要】：近年來,風(fēng)電、光伏等可再生能源的滲透率不斷提高,其發(fā)電出力的不確定性給電力系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行帶來顯著壓力。大量隨機(jī)波動(dòng)與反調(diào)峰出力的可再生能源使得系統(tǒng)靈活調(diào)節(jié)資源短缺的情況愈發(fā)嚴(yán)重,并引發(fā)了大規(guī)模的棄風(fēng)、棄光現(xiàn)象。基于此,靈活調(diào)節(jié)服務(wù)的交易品種與相應(yīng)的市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作機(jī)制應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,如何定義靈活調(diào)節(jié)服務(wù),以及組織靈活調(diào)節(jié)服務(wù)的交易機(jī)制,成為了學(xué)術(shù)界與業(yè)界的關(guān)注熱點(diǎn)。為此,該文首先介紹了靈活調(diào)節(jié)服務(wù)的基本概念,對(duì)比分析了靈活調(diào)節(jié)服務(wù)與傳統(tǒng)輔助服務(wù)的區(qū)別。其次,細(xì)致剖析了靈活調(diào)節(jié)服務(wù)的組成要素,并對(duì)靈活調(diào)節(jié)服務(wù)的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行了整理。再次,給出了考慮靈活調(diào)節(jié)服務(wù)的市場(chǎng)均衡模型。最后,對(duì)靈活調(diào)節(jié)服務(wù)的相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀與進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述,并對(duì)靈活調(diào)節(jié)服務(wù)的未來研究方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the permeability of renewable energy, such as wind power and photovoltaic, has been increasing, and the uncertainty of its power generation has brought significant pressure to the operation of power system. A large number of random fluctuations and reverse peak-shaving renewable energy make the system flexibly adjust the shortage of resources more serious and cause a large-scale abandonment of wind and light phenomenon. Based on this, the transaction variety of flexible adjustment service and the corresponding market-oriented operation mechanism emerge as the times require. How to define flexible adjustment service and how to organize the transaction mechanism of flexible adjustment service have become the focus of attention of academia and industry. Therefore, this paper first introduces the basic concept of flexible adjustment service, and analyzes the difference between flexible adjustment service and traditional auxiliary service. Secondly, it analyzes the elements of flexible adjustment service, and arranges the development and application of flexible adjustment service. Thirdly, the market equilibrium model considering flexible adjustment service is given. Finally, the research status and progress of flexible regulation service are reviewed, and the future research direction of flexible adjustment service is prospected.
