【摘要】：企業(yè)創(chuàng)新演變是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的動(dòng)態(tài)累積過程,具有循序漸進(jìn)的躍升特征。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和制度創(chuàng)新的協(xié)同驅(qū)動(dòng),能增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文基于華為各階段創(chuàng)新特點(diǎn)與產(chǎn)品升級(jí)等關(guān)鍵性事件,考察和分析華為公司創(chuàng)新模式形成及演化,發(fā)現(xiàn)華為存在"自主-連續(xù)-開放"的創(chuàng)新成長(zhǎng)框架。從供給側(cè)視角分析企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)過程中,創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與制度創(chuàng)新、市場(chǎng)與政府、增量改革與存量改革、企業(yè)家精神與創(chuàng)新、階段性成長(zhǎng)與持續(xù)創(chuàng)新等各方面具有互動(dòng)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The evolution of enterprise innovation is a complicated dynamic accumulation process, which has the characteristic of step by step.The cooperative drive of technological innovation and institutional innovation can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the key events of Huawei's innovation in different stages and product upgrading, this paper investigates and analyzes the formation and evolution of Huawei's innovation mode, and finds that Huawei has a framework of independent, continuous and open innovation and growth.In the process of enterprise growth, innovation and enterprise growth, technological innovation and institutional innovation, market and government, incremental reform and stock reform, entrepreneurship and innovation are analyzed from the perspective of supply side.Stage growth and continuous innovation and other aspects of the interaction.
