【摘要】：本文以柯布-道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)為基礎(chǔ),推導(dǎo)出企業(yè)的勞動力需求函數(shù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了匯率就業(yè)傳導(dǎo)渠道,認(rèn)為匯率對制造業(yè)企業(yè)勞動雇傭的影響主要通過匯率對出口、對企業(yè)資本密集度以及對企業(yè)效率的影響而產(chǎn)生。根據(jù)理論分析對勞動力需求函數(shù)進行擴展,提出假說并進行實證檢驗。本文的實證研究部分基于我國2位數(shù)行業(yè)代碼下的2001年-2006年制造業(yè)企業(yè)層面數(shù)據(jù),使用固定效應(yīng)回歸、殘差替代法進行實證研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)人民幣升值對中國制造業(yè)企業(yè)勞動力需求產(chǎn)生了統(tǒng)計上顯著的負(fù)面影響。人民幣升值對制造業(yè)企業(yè)勞動力需求的負(fù)面影響由于其對出口滲透以及出口量的負(fù)面影響得到加強,但是由于其對資本密集度的負(fù)面影響而減弱。在三個渠道中,通過出口渠道產(chǎn)生的影響最為強烈。
[Abstract]:Based on Cobb-Douglas production function, this paper deduces the labor demand function of enterprises.On the basis of this, the paper studies the transmission channel of exchange rate employment, and holds that the influence of exchange rate on labor and employment in manufacturing enterprises is mainly caused by the influence of exchange rate on exports, on the capital intensity of enterprises and on the efficiency of enterprises.According to the theoretical analysis, the labor demand function is expanded, and the hypothesis is put forward and tested empirically.The empirical research part of this paper is based on the manufacturing firm level data from 2001 to 2006 under the double-digit industry code of our country, using fixed effect regression and residual substitution method to carry on the empirical research.The study found that the appreciation of RMB has a statistically significant negative impact on the labor demand of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.The negative impact of RMB appreciation on the labor demand of manufacturing enterprises is strengthened by its negative impact on export penetration and export volume, but weakened by its negative impact on capital intensity.In the three channels, through the export channel to produce the strongest impact.
