【摘要】：新工業(yè)革命時代是一個真正意義上的工業(yè)民主化時代。在這一時代,制造模式將發(fā)生革命性變化,創(chuàng)新和競爭成為未來制造業(yè)發(fā)展的大勢。中國制造業(yè)在生產(chǎn)效率、生產(chǎn)能力以及創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動能力方面還落后于世界制造強國。實施"中國制造2025",中國需要加快科技人才和管理人才的引進和培養(yǎng);要保證復(fù)雜技術(shù)產(chǎn)品、前沿技術(shù)產(chǎn)品、品牌主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品在全球價值鏈上的升級;要開展制造領(lǐng)域的國際合作,實現(xiàn)前沿尖端制造技術(shù)的重點突破。
[Abstract]:The new era of industrial revolution is an era of industrial democratization in the real sense . In this era , the manufacturing model will have revolutionary change , innovation and competition become the big potential of the future manufacturing industry . China ' s manufacturing industry has lagged behind the world ' s manufacturing power in terms of production efficiency , productive capacity and innovation driving ability . China needs to speed up the import and cultivation of scientific and technological talents and management talents .
