【摘要】：為探究煤礦企業(yè)不同群體員工對安全文化認(rèn)知的差異,將企業(yè)員工劃分為管理層、專業(yè)人員、班組長和一線員工4類群體。通過問卷和SCAP(safety culture analysis program)系統(tǒng)分析等方法,對南陽礦業(yè)公司下屬3個煤礦中的150名員工進行了安全文化認(rèn)知水平測評,并利用SPSS 18.0對所得數(shù)據(jù)進行處理。結(jié)果表明:不同群體間安全文化認(rèn)知水平存在顯著差異,樣本群體對于企業(yè)理念理解、安全業(yè)績、員工違章3個要素認(rèn)知水平較低;管理層、專業(yè)人員、班組長和一線員工安全文化認(rèn)知水平得分分別為74.4,75,76.4和73.2,其中,班組長的安全文化認(rèn)知水平最高,一線員工的安全文化認(rèn)知水平最低,且管理層人員的安全文化認(rèn)知水平較國際上安全業(yè)績最好企業(yè)的同類人員偏低,差值達(dá)19.2分。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the differences in the cognition of safety culture among different groups of employees in coal mining enterprises, the employees were divided into four groups: management, professional, team leader and front-line staff.By means of questionnaire and SCAP(safety culture analysis program, 150 employees in three coal mines of Nanyang Mining Company were evaluated on the level of safety culture cognition, and the data were processed by SPSS 18.0.The results show that there are significant differences in the cognitive level of safety culture among different groups.The scores of safety culture cognition level of group leader and front-line staff were 74.4 and 73.2respectively. Among them, the group leader had the highest level of safety culture cognition, and the front-line staff had the lowest level of safety culture cognition.Moreover, the level of safety culture cognition of management personnel is lower than that of similar personnel with the best safety performance in the world, with a difference of 19.2 points.
