【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的新時(shí)代,隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展與日益革新,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈演愈烈,再加上全球爆發(fā)金融危機(jī)的影響,使得國(guó)際油價(jià)一直居高不下,物質(zhì)資源方面所面臨的瓶頸也無法實(shí)現(xiàn)有效的突破,也進(jìn)一步增加了環(huán)境的壓力。中國(guó)石油西南化工銷售云南分公司要想在新的戰(zhàn)略背景下從激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出并擁有立足之地,最重要的一點(diǎn)是要建立自己的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,培養(yǎng)自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文的研究對(duì)象是中國(guó)石油西南化工銷售云南分公司,其理論基礎(chǔ)主要是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論,論文的研究主線是圍繞中國(guó)石油西南化工銷售云南分公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力展開的,并采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)的方法來開展相關(guān)研究。論文還充分結(jié)合SWOT方法進(jìn)一步分析了中國(guó)石油西南化工銷售云南分公司當(dāng)前的運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況,指出了中國(guó)石油西南化工銷售云南分公司存在的問題與弊端。并以此為基礎(chǔ)分別從五個(gè)方面建立了核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,主要包括公司的營(yíng)銷能力、企業(yè)文化、管理能力、創(chuàng)新能力以及外部環(huán)境等五個(gè)方面。本文還充分運(yùn)用核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)一步深入的分析了中國(guó)石油西南化工銷售云南分公司的內(nèi)部?jī)r(jià)值量、外部環(huán)境以及關(guān)鍵能力等方面的實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)一步提出適合公司健康長(zhǎng)期可持續(xù)發(fā)展的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力構(gòu)成要素及組合,并就構(gòu)建公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力體系這一發(fā)展目標(biāo)提出了相關(guān)的構(gòu)建思路與構(gòu)建途徑。最后根據(jù)具體的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為中國(guó)石油西南化工銷售云南分公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升制定了具體的實(shí)施方案與策略。本文通過深入研究中國(guó)石油西南化工銷售云南分公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力體系的構(gòu)建,主要是為企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升制定一系列科學(xué)、合理而有效的實(shí)施方案與策略,從而進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)企業(yè)更好的構(gòu)建自己的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is a new era of economic globalization. With the continuous development and innovation of information technology, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more intense, coupled with the impact of the global financial crisis, so that the international oil price has been high.The bottleneck of material resources can not achieve an effective breakthrough, and further increase the pressure on the environment.In order to stand out from the fierce market competition and have a foothold in the new strategic background, the most important point of Yunnan Branch of PetroChina Southwest Chemical Marketing is to establish its own core competence and cultivate its own competitive advantage.The research object of this paper is Southwest PetroChina Chemical Marketing Yunnan Branch, whose theoretical basis is mainly competitiveness theory. The main line of this paper is focused on the core competitiveness of Southwest PetroChina Chemical Marketing Yunnan Branch.And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to carry out the relevant research.Combined with the SWOT method, the paper further analyzes the current operating situation of Yunnan Branch of Southwest PetroChina Chemical Marketing, and points out the problems and drawbacks of Yunnan Branch of Southwest PetroChina Chemical Marketing.On this basis, the evaluation index system of core competence is established from five aspects, including marketing ability, corporate culture, management ability, innovation ability and external environment.This paper also makes full use of the relevant theories of core competitiveness to further analyze the actual situation of the internal value, external environment and key capabilities of Yunnan Branch of Southwest PetroChina Chemical Marketing Company.Furthermore, it puts forward the key elements and combinations of the core competence which is suitable for the healthy and long-term sustainable development of the company, and puts forward the relevant ideas and approaches for the construction of the development goal of the core competitiveness system of the company.Finally, according to the concrete evaluation results, the concrete implementation plan and strategy are made for the promotion of the core competitiveness of Yunnan Branch of PetroChina Southwest Chemical Marketing.Through the in-depth study on the construction of the core competitiveness system of Yunnan Branch of PetroChina Southwest Chemical Marketing Company, this paper mainly aims to formulate a series of scientific, reasonable and effective implementation plans and strategies for the promotion of the core competitiveness of enterprises.In order to further promote enterprises to better build their own core competitiveness.
