【摘要】：企業(yè)生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)型是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)型的一個(gè)重要方面,但對(duì)企業(yè)生態(tài)化問題較為系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查與分析并不多見。基于豫、魯、津90家工業(yè)企業(yè)的問卷調(diào)查,對(duì)企業(yè)生態(tài)化的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,利用Probit-Ordered Probit模型建立企業(yè)生態(tài)化的影響因素模型,分別對(duì)是否進(jìn)行企業(yè)生態(tài)化和企業(yè)生態(tài)化程度的影響因素進(jìn)行計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。結(jié)果表明,企業(yè)研發(fā)經(jīng)費(fèi)比重、員工總數(shù)與企業(yè)生態(tài)化程度正相關(guān);被調(diào)查者對(duì)企業(yè)生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)型的認(rèn)知、能源消費(fèi)類型、環(huán)保技術(shù)或設(shè)備的使用等因素與企業(yè)生態(tài)化程度負(fù)相關(guān);而企業(yè)文化中有無(wú)生態(tài)的內(nèi)容、企業(yè)專利數(shù)等對(duì)企業(yè)生態(tài)化程度的影響則不顯著。企業(yè)生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)型應(yīng)從構(gòu)建生態(tài)化企業(yè)文化、優(yōu)化能源結(jié)構(gòu)、推進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化、建立生態(tài)化管理體系四個(gè)方面來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The ecological transformation of enterprises is an important aspect of the transformation of the mode of economic development, but the systematic investigation and analysis of the ecological problems of enterprises are rare.Based on the questionnaire survey of 90 industrial enterprises in Henan, Shandong and Tianjin, this paper analyzes the characteristics of enterprise ecology, and establishes the influencing factors model of enterprise ecology by using Probit-Ordered Probit model.Econometric analysis is carried out on the influencing factors of the ecologicalization of enterprises and the degree of ecologicalization of enterprises.The results show that the proportion of R & D expenditure and the total number of employees are positively related to the degree of ecologicalization of the enterprise; the respondents' cognition of the ecological transformation of the enterprise, the type of energy consumption,The use of environmental protection technology or equipment is negatively related to the degree of ecologicalization of enterprises, while the existence of ecological content in corporate culture and the number of patents have no significant effect on the degree of ecologicalization of enterprises.The transformation of enterprise ecology should be realized from four aspects: constructing ecological enterprise culture, optimizing energy structure, promoting the integration of production, teaching and research, and establishing ecological management system.
