【摘要】：為更加深入地揭示聚集行為與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,基于創(chuàng)新經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和聚集理論,本文將聚集形式與聚集規(guī)模兩個(gè)維度結(jié)合,研究二者同企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系。聚集形式對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的促進(jìn)作用根據(jù)聚集規(guī)模的不同而呈現(xiàn)特定的變化趨勢:專業(yè)化聚集促進(jìn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的作用會(huì)隨聚集規(guī)模的不斷增大呈現(xiàn)出先增加后降低的倒"U"趨勢,而多樣化聚集對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的促進(jìn)作用則先下降后增加,近似表現(xiàn)為"U"型關(guān)系。本文從聚集規(guī)模的動(dòng)態(tài)角度,為專業(yè)化與多樣化兩種聚集形式如何促進(jìn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新提供了一個(gè)新的解釋。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the inner relationship between agglomeration behavior and enterprise innovation, based on innovation economics and agglomeration theory, this paper combines the two dimensions of agglomeration form and agglomeration scale to study the dynamic relationship between them and enterprise innovation.According to the different agglomeration scale, the promoting effect of agglomeration on enterprise innovation presents a specific trend: the role of specialized agglomeration in promoting enterprise innovation will increase first and then decrease with the increasing of agglomeration scale.The promoting effect of diversification agglomeration on enterprise innovation decreases first and then increases, which is approximately shown as "U" type relationship.From the dynamic point of view of agglomeration scale, this paper provides a new explanation for how to promote enterprise innovation in two kinds of agglomeration forms: specialization and diversification.
