基于卷煙生產(chǎn)計劃優(yōu)化的HPP框架及總生產(chǎn)計劃模型

【摘要】:為解決卷煙生產(chǎn)計劃優(yōu)化問題,根據(jù)卷煙生產(chǎn)工藝及產(chǎn)品特點,基于遞階生產(chǎn)計劃(Hierarchical Production Planning,HPP)方法設計了卷煙生產(chǎn)計劃的分層優(yōu)化框架。該框架包括3層,最上層為總生產(chǎn)計劃層,確定較長周期內產(chǎn)品族的生產(chǎn)安排;中間層為卷包分組計劃層,確定卷包分組中各牌號的中長周期計劃;最下層為制絲批次計劃層,確定制絲生產(chǎn)批次投料順序及時間。以總生產(chǎn)計劃層為例,建立數(shù)學模型并利用動態(tài)規(guī)劃方法求解,采用實際生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)對該模型及求解方法的有效性進行仿真驗證,結果表明:仿真數(shù)據(jù)所表示的平均庫存水平和總生產(chǎn)成本比實際生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)分別降低60%和30%以上,所建立的總生產(chǎn)計劃模型優(yōu)化效果顯著。該方法為實現(xiàn)卷煙生產(chǎn)的成本最優(yōu)化提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of cigarette production planning optimization, a hierarchical optimization framework for cigarette production planning was designed based on hierarchical Production planning (HPP) method according to the characteristics of cigarette production processes and products.The framework consists of three layers, the top layer is the total production planning layer, which determines the production arrangement of the product family in a longer period; the middle layer is the volume packet grouping planning layer, which determines the medium and long period plan of each brand number in the volume packet grouping; the lowest layer is the silk making batch planning layer.Determine the order and time of batch feeding.Taking the total production planning level as an example, the mathematical model is established and solved by using the dynamic programming method. The validity of the model and the solution method is verified by the actual production data.The results show that the average inventory level and total production cost of the simulation data are reduced by more than 60% and 30% respectively compared with the actual production data, and the optimization effect of the established total production planning model is remarkable.This method provides a reference for the optimization of cigarette production cost.
