風(fēng)電企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施關(guān)鍵影響因素權(quán)重評估研究

【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大,企業(yè)管理者能越來越強(qiáng)烈的意識到信息化建設(shè)對于企業(yè)管理的重要性。企業(yè)信息化意味著借助信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),最大程度上掌控企業(yè)的所有資源信息,幫助管理層做出更加及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的決策,從而提高企業(yè)的效益和競爭力。通過加強(qiáng)信息化建設(shè)能夠完善管理流程、提高管理效率、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競爭力早已經(jīng)成為了一種全球共識。ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)系統(tǒng)是最具代表性的企業(yè)集成管理系統(tǒng)之一,是企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)過程中最常被選用的軟件系統(tǒng)。ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施周期長,一般為6-8個(gè)月,同時(shí)實(shí)施過程中影響實(shí)施效果的影響因素較多,導(dǎo)致實(shí)際中系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施成功率一直處于較低水平。然而ERP系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施成本較高,一旦項(xiàng)目實(shí)施失敗無論是對企業(yè)還是對社會(huì)都是一種較大的資源損失,相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究人員都試圖通過自己的研究來為提高ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的成功率做出貢獻(xiàn)。挖掘ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施過程中的關(guān)鍵影響因素,有利于提高后續(xù)ERP系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施成功率。然而不同行業(yè)的有著各自的特殊性,不同行業(yè)的關(guān)鍵影響因素也隨之改變。長期以來風(fēng)電行業(yè)都不是ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施研究的主要對象,對于該行業(yè)有關(guān)ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的針對性、深入性研究少之又少,這些影響了該行業(yè)內(nèi)ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施成功率的提高。本文通過對風(fēng)電行業(yè)實(shí)施ERP系統(tǒng)的具體案例進(jìn)行深入研究,發(fā)掘?qū)嵤┻^程中的關(guān)鍵影響因素,并進(jìn)一步運(yùn)用權(quán)重分析法將各影響因素之間的權(quán)重高低區(qū)別進(jìn)行定量化,得到了關(guān)鍵影響因素權(quán)重矩陣。同時(shí)結(jié)合關(guān)鍵影響因素權(quán)重矩陣給出了ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施過程關(guān)鍵注意事項(xiàng)以及改進(jìn)策略,為其他企業(yè)后續(xù)ERP系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施,尤其是風(fēng)電行業(yè)內(nèi)ERP系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施提供借鑒參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of enterprises, enterprise managers can more and more strongly realize the importance of information construction to enterprise management.Enterprise informatization means that with the help of information network system, we can control all the resources of the enterprise to the greatest extent, help the management to make more timely and accurate decisions, and then improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise.Through strengthening the information construction, the management process can be improved, the management efficiency can be improved, and the enterprise competitiveness has already become a kind of global consensus. ERPU Enterprise Resource Planning system is one of the most representative enterprise integrated management systems.ERP system is the most frequently used software system in the process of enterprise information construction. The implementation period of ERP system is usually 6-8 months. At the same time, there are many factors that affect the effect of implementation in the process of implementation.As a result, the actual implementation success rate of the system has been at a low level.However, the implementation cost of ERP system is high. Once the project fails, it is a great loss of resources to the enterprise or the society.Researchers in related fields are trying to contribute to the success rate of ERP implementation through their own research.Mining the key influencing factors in the implementation of ERP system is helpful to improve the success rate of the subsequent ERP system.However, different industries have their own particularities, and the key factors of different industries also change.For a long time, wind power industry is not the main research object of ERP system implementation. There are very few in-depth studies on the implementation of ERP system in this industry, which affect the success rate of ERP system implementation in this industry.In this paper, the specific cases of wind power industry implementing ERP system are studied in depth, and the key factors in the process of implementation are explored, and the weight differences among the factors are quantified by using weight analysis method.The weight matrix of key factors is obtained.At the same time, combined with the weight matrix of key influencing factors, the key points for attention in the implementation process of ERP system and the improvement strategy are given, which provides a reference for the implementation of ERP system in other enterprises, especially for the implementation of ERP system in wind power industry.
