【摘要】：貫徹"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"五大發(fā)展理念,對(duì)于云南省來說,提前部署面向后工業(yè)社會(huì)的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,從而大大地縮短工業(yè)化的進(jìn)程,減少歷史轉(zhuǎn)型中的震蕩,是超越工業(yè)化,直接迎接后工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的歷史選擇。正如西方國家沒有一個(gè)發(fā)達(dá)的農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)卻通過工業(yè)革命而進(jìn)入世界先進(jìn)行列一樣,雖然云南還沒有完成工業(yè)化的進(jìn)程,但是如果提前根據(jù)后工業(yè)社會(huì)的要求去建構(gòu)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,也就能爭(zhēng)取到后工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的主動(dòng)權(quán),闖出一條跨越式發(fā)展的路子。
[Abstract]:To carry out the five development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing", for Yunnan Province, the industrial system oriented to the post-industrial society is planned ahead of time, thus greatly shortening the process of industrialization and reducing the shock in the course of historical transformation.It is the historical choice of surmounting industrialization and directly welcoming the process of post-industrialization.Just as no developed agricultural society in western countries has entered the advanced ranks of the world through the industrial revolution, although Yunnan has not yet completed the process of industrialization, if the industrial system is constructed in advance according to the requirements of the post-industrial society,Can also win the initiative of the process of post-industrialization, break out a way of leapfrog development.
