【摘要】：用人權(quán)限問(wèn)題是關(guān)乎漢冶萍公司控制權(quán)、經(jīng)營(yíng)方向乃至興衰成敗的企業(yè)管理的核心內(nèi)容。商辦時(shí)期的漢冶萍公司,根據(jù)企業(yè)制度的設(shè)置,各級(jí)人員尤其是高級(jí)管理人員的任免由董事會(huì)控制,盛宣懷以其無(wú)法替代的實(shí)力和聲望,主導(dǎo)董事會(huì)從而實(shí)際控制公司的用人權(quán)限。在與企業(yè)外部勢(shì)力爭(zhēng)奪用人權(quán)限的博弈中,盛氏有效牽制各方,維護(hù)了公司利益。盛宣懷去世后,人事任免主要由經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)核定,而盛恩頤先后擔(dān)任副經(jīng)理、總經(jīng)理,以其為代表的盛氏家族依舊占據(jù)董事會(huì)核心位置,所以用人權(quán)限實(shí)際上控制在盛氏家族手中。漢冶萍公司用人權(quán)限的變化和爭(zhēng)奪,體現(xiàn)了盛宣懷及盛氏家族對(duì)公司的實(shí)際掌控,也反映出漢冶萍公司在艱難的發(fā)展歷程中始終未能走上近代股份公司制度化、規(guī)范化的管理道路。
[Abstract]:With the permission problem is related to the Hanyeping company control, the core content of enterprise management and the direction of the success or failure of the business. With the change of Hanyeping corporation competence and competition, reflects Sheng Xuanhuai and Sheng's family to the public Our actual control, also reflects the Hanyeping company in the course of development of difficult has always been on modern joint-stock company system, standardize the management of the road.
