【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的加快,國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略已經(jīng)成為影響企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵舉措。在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài)后,無(wú)論是國(guó)營(yíng)企業(yè),還是民營(yíng)企業(yè),都需要對(duì)自己的國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行重新審視,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的調(diào)整,進(jìn)而制定出適合自身的國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略。JSXG集團(tuán)自成立之初,就結(jié)合自身的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)能力和工程機(jī)械國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境制定了相應(yīng)的國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略。在此戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)下,JSXG集團(tuán)的國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)能力逐步提高,國(guó)際市場(chǎng)份額也在穩(wěn)步提升,然而在其國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)的過(guò)程中,也遇到了國(guó)際市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)能力有待提高、國(guó)際市場(chǎng)占有率低、品牌知名度低、抵御國(guó)際風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力較低等一系列問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題的存在直接影響到了JSXG集團(tuán)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)。為了解決JSXG集團(tuán)的國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略在實(shí)施過(guò)程中所遇到的問(wèn)題,本文以國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略中的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)能力為研究的切入點(diǎn),構(gòu)建JSXG集團(tuán)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)能力的加權(quán)線性模型,并運(yùn)用IFE內(nèi)部矩陣分析和多指標(biāo)綜合分析法,結(jié)合筆者對(duì)JSXG集團(tuán)的實(shí)地調(diào)研,對(duì)JSXG集團(tuán)的生產(chǎn)能力、營(yíng)銷能力、服務(wù)能力等進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估。通過(guò)評(píng)估后得出JSXG集團(tuán)的內(nèi)部狀況處于優(yōu)勢(shì)地位,但優(yōu)勢(shì)并不是很明顯的結(jié)論。在評(píng)估中,也發(fā)現(xiàn)了JSXG集團(tuán)在國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中存在的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)占有率較低、自主創(chuàng)新能力有待進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng),抵御國(guó)際風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力較低等一系列問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,筆者為JSXG集團(tuán)的國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略提出自主研發(fā)與企業(yè)外包相結(jié)合,提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;借助貼牌創(chuàng)品牌;維護(hù)老客戶,開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶;建立企業(yè)聯(lián)盟,共擔(dān)國(guó)際風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等優(yōu)化措施。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization, international management strategy has become a key measure affecting the survival and development of enterprises.After our country's economy enters the new normal, both state-owned enterprises and private enterprises need to re-examine their own international management strategy, and make corresponding adjustments according to the actual situation.From the beginning of its establishment, the JSXG group has made a corresponding international management strategy combining its own production and management ability and the operating environment of the international market of construction machinery.Under the guidance of this strategy, JSXG Group's international management ability is gradually improved, and its international market share is also steadily rising. However, in the process of its international operation, it has also encountered the need to improve its international market development ability, and its international market share is low.Low brand awareness, low ability to resist international risks and a series of problems.The existence of these problems directly affects the further development of the international market of JSXG Group.In order to solve the problems encountered in the implementation of the international management strategy of JSXG Group, this paper takes the international market development ability in the international management strategy as the starting point to construct the weighted linear model of the international market development ability of the JSXG Group.With the help of IFE internal matrix analysis and multi-index comprehensive analysis, the author evaluates the production capacity, marketing ability and service ability of JSXG Group by combining the field investigation of JSXG Group.It is concluded that the internal situation of JSXG Group is in an advantageous position, but the advantage is not obvious.In the evaluation, we also found a series of problems, such as low share of international market, low ability of independent innovation and low ability of resisting international risk.In view of these problems, the author puts forward the combination of independent R & D and enterprise outsourcing to improve the core competitiveness of JSXG Group, create brand with the help of brand, maintain old customers, develop new customers, establish enterprise alliance.Share international risk and other optimization measures.
