【摘要】：制造業(yè)是城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分和推動(dòng)城市空間格局演化的重要驅(qū)動(dòng)力。本文采用上海1996年、2004年、2008年制造業(yè)企業(yè)分街道就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),分析上海都市區(qū)制造業(yè)的空間格局演化,采用計(jì)量模型探究了制造業(yè)就業(yè)分布的主要影響因素。研究表明,上海都市區(qū)制造業(yè)就業(yè)空間格局已經(jīng)基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了郊區(qū)化,并涌現(xiàn)出了穩(wěn)定的制造業(yè)次中心;區(qū)位、交通、地價(jià)和政策因素對(duì)制造業(yè)就業(yè)格局的形成有著顯著作用,而且這些因素的作用存在著顯著的行業(yè)間差異性。為實(shí)現(xiàn)制造業(yè)的合理布局和城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,政府應(yīng)該尊重市場(chǎng)規(guī)律和不同產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點(diǎn),為不同產(chǎn)業(yè)選址布局提供相應(yīng)的空間供給和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing industry is an important part of urban economy and an important driving force to promote the evolution of urban spatial pattern.Based on the street employment data of manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai in 1996, 2004 and 2008, this paper analyzes the spatial pattern evolution of manufacturing industry in Shanghai metropolitan area, and explores the main influencing factors of employment distribution in manufacturing industry by using econometric model.The study shows that the employment spatial pattern of manufacturing industry in Shanghai metropolitan area has basically realized suburbanization, and a stable manufacturing sub-center has emerged. Location, traffic, land price and policy factors play a significant role in the formation of manufacturing employment pattern.Moreover, there are significant differences between industries in the role of these factors.In order to realize the rational layout of manufacturing industry and the optimization of urban spatial structure, the government should respect the market law and the characteristics of different industries, and provide the corresponding space supply and infrastructure for the location and layout of different industries.
