【摘要】：正火箭院創(chuàng)建于1957年11月,下屬單位近百家,是我國(guó)最大的運(yùn)載火箭研究、設(shè)計(jì)、試制、試驗(yàn)和生產(chǎn)基地。近年來(lái),火箭院緊緊圍繞"全面構(gòu)建航天科技工業(yè)新體系,建設(shè)國(guó)際一流大型航天企業(yè)集團(tuán)"的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),提出加快市場(chǎng)化轉(zhuǎn)型、實(shí)現(xiàn)二次創(chuàng)業(yè)的發(fā)展理念。在市場(chǎng)中求發(fā)展,機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,完善內(nèi)部控制體系建設(shè)的需求日益迫切。以強(qiáng)化會(huì)計(jì)控制體系建設(shè)為突破口,火箭院創(chuàng)新性地引入航天系統(tǒng)工程的理念,借鑒航天質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證的方
[Abstract]:Founded in November 1957, it is the largest carrier rocket research, design, trial manufacture, test and production base in China.In recent years, the Rocket Academy has focused on the strategic goal of "building a new system of space science and technology industry in an all-round way and building a first-class international large spaceflight enterprise group", and put forward the development concept of speeding up the market-oriented transformation and realizing the second pioneering work.In order to develop in the market, opportunities and challenges coexist. It is urgent to strengthen risk management and improve the construction of internal control system.In order to strengthen the construction of accounting control system as a breakthrough, the rocket institute innovatively introduced the concept of space system engineering, and drew lessons from the certification of aerospace quality system.
