【摘要】：正既有的中國鹽業(yè)史研究,在研究區(qū)域上受"中心/邊緣"二元觀的影響,學者們長期以來多關(guān)注兩淮、長蘆、兩廣、山西、山東及四川等歷史文獻豐富的"顯性"大鹽場,而對華夏邊緣之民族地區(qū)的"隱性"小鹽場,受限于文獻資料和實地調(diào)查的不足,對其重視不夠。近年來,略有改觀的是,大西南民族地區(qū)的鹽業(yè)不斷受到研究者尤其是人類學者的青睞。李何春博士的新著《動力與桎梏:瀾滄江峽谷的鹽與稅》(以下簡稱《鹽與稅》)便是立足于人類學的學科背景,研究西藏民
[Abstract]:The existing research on the history of China's salt industry is influenced by the dualistic view of "center / edge" in the study area. For a long time, scholars have paid more attention to the "dominant" large salt fields with abundant historical documents such as Lianghuai, Changlu, Liangguang, Shanxi, Shandong and Sichuan.However, the "recessive" salt farm in the ethnic areas on the margin of China is limited by the shortage of literature and field investigation, and it is not paid enough attention to.In recent years, the salt industry has been favored by researchers, especially anthropologists.Li he Chun's new book "Power and shackles: salt and tax in Lancang River Canyon" (hereinafter referred to as "Salt and tax") is based on the subject background of anthropology to study the Tibetan people.
