【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)宏觀經(jīng)濟下行壓力進一步增大和過剩產(chǎn)能需要轉(zhuǎn)出的背景下,國內(nèi)建筑公司借助國家“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略積極“走出去”謀求更大發(fā)展的空間。目前我國政府先后與數(shù)十個國家簽署了推進“一帶一路”和“國際產(chǎn)能合作”的文件,成為國際工程承包行業(yè)發(fā)展的重要驅(qū)動力。為了保障國際工程承包的順利實施需要原材料、工程機械、各種設備的國際貿(mào)易,因此面臨著在國際貿(mào)易業(yè)務中的諸多風險,包括匯率風險、價格風險、收款風險、外匯風險、國際貿(mào)易信用風險、國際貿(mào)易欺詐風險等。加之“一帶一路”沿線國家大多地處中東、中亞、以及南亞這一“戰(zhàn)略不穩(wěn)定弧”,地緣政治風險、國際金融風險顯得更為突出,所以國際工程承包公司要加大國際貿(mào)易風險防范。論文以國際工程承包企業(yè)HS公司為研究對象,通過對HS公司在國際貿(mào)易業(yè)務中面臨的各種風險分析,充分利用風險管理方法和技術解決不同的國際貿(mào)易風險,同時對這些風險實施做定性和定量的分析。根據(jù)研究表明,HS公司主要面臨著“一帶一路”背景下產(chǎn)生的宏觀國際貿(mào)易風險,國際工程承包行業(yè)產(chǎn)生的中觀國際貿(mào)易風險,公司自身原因產(chǎn)生的微觀國際貿(mào)易風險。在具體國際貿(mào)易業(yè)務中,通過設計模糊綜合評價模型對這三個維度國際貿(mào)易風險進行識別,可以明確國際貿(mào)易風險的分類,分別為高度風險、較高風險、中度風險、較低風險、低度風險。對于不同級別的國際貿(mào)易風險制定不同的應對預案。為了保障國際貿(mào)易風險管理體系的實施,必須從HS公司組織結構調(diào)整入手,加強國際貿(mào)易風險管理制度建設,搭建內(nèi)部監(jiān)管平臺,加強關于國際貿(mào)易風險的控制,讓HS公司對國際貿(mào)易風險有一個體系化的過程控制。論文希望通過對HS公司國際貿(mào)易業(yè)務中風險的分析研究,可以給其他類似的國際工程承包企業(yè)帶來經(jīng)驗與模式,從而能讓其在國際貿(mào)易業(yè)務中有有能力去規(guī)避風險,減少虧損,增加營業(yè)收入。
[Abstract]:With the further increase of the downward pressure of the domestic macro economy and the need to transfer the excess production capacity, the domestic construction companies actively "go out" with the help of the national "Belt and Road" strategy to seek greater space for development.At present, our government has signed documents to promote "Belt and Road" and "international production capacity cooperation" with dozens of countries, which has become an important driving force for the development of international engineering contracting industry.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of international project contracting, international trade in raw materials, construction machinery, and various equipment is required. Therefore, there are many risks in the international trade business, including exchange rate risk, price risk, collection risk, foreign exchange risk.International trade credit risk, international trade fraud risk and so on.In addition, most of the countries along the route of "Belt and Road" are located in the Middle East, Central Asia, and South Asia, which is a "strategic instability arc", which makes geopolitical risks and international financial risks even more prominent.So the international project contract company should increase the international trade risk prevention.In this paper, HS Company, an international engineering contractor, is taken as the research object. Through the analysis of all kinds of risks faced by HS Company in international trade business, the paper makes full use of risk management methods and techniques to solve different international trade risks.At the same time, the implementation of these risks to do qualitative and quantitative analysis.According to the research, the company mainly faces the macro international trade risk under the background of "Belt and Road", the meso international trade risk produced by the international project contracting industry, and the micro international trade risk caused by the company itself.In the specific international trade business, by designing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to identify the three dimensions of international trade risk, the classification of international trade risk can be defined as high risk, high risk, moderate risk and low risk, respectively.Low risk.For different levels of international trade risk to formulate different coping plans.In order to ensure the implementation of international trade risk management system, it is necessary to start with the adjustment of the organizational structure of HS Company, strengthen the construction of international trade risk management system, build an internal regulatory platform, and strengthen the control of international trade risks.Allow HS to have a systematic process control of international trade risks.The paper hopes that through the analysis and study of the risks in the international trade business of HS Company, it can bring experience and model to other similar international project contracting enterprises, so that they can avoid risks and reduce losses in the international trade business.Increase operating income.
