【摘要】：自2008年金融危機(jī)后,人民幣匯率出現(xiàn)更大程度的波動(dòng)。隨著人民幣利率市場(chǎng)化的加深,人民幣國(guó)際化的推進(jìn)以及2016年人民幣正式加入SDR等一系列事件,匯率的頻繁波動(dòng)給我國(guó)進(jìn)出口企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)帶來(lái)了諸多不確定性因素。由于我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的企業(yè)基本采用外幣計(jì)價(jià),因此匯率的變化給企業(yè)帶來(lái)了外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。盡管如此,大多數(shù)擁有進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)的企業(yè)對(duì)外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的認(rèn)識(shí)和管理依然停留在被動(dòng)接受的初級(jí)階段,缺乏主動(dòng)有效的管理和應(yīng)對(duì),外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不但會(huì)使進(jìn)出口企業(yè)的資產(chǎn)利潤(rùn)等面臨縮水,還會(huì)使企業(yè)價(jià)值大打折扣。因此,進(jìn)出口企業(yè)如何防范外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并加強(qiáng)外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理成為企業(yè)必須面對(duì)的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。本文以山東省ZD果汁公司為研究對(duì)象,以降低ZD果汁公司外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化管理為目的展開(kāi)研究。首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)和“外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)”、“外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理”和“分散風(fēng)險(xiǎn)”等理論進(jìn)行了闡述。其次,利用相關(guān)理論和實(shí)地調(diào)查法對(duì)ZD果汁公司的基本情況和經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、折算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及交易風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別與評(píng)估,并通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研查找出ZD果汁公司在外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理上存在組織機(jī)構(gòu)不健全、方法單一、缺少風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)體系等問(wèn)題。再次,在明確外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo)及原則的基礎(chǔ)上,利用層次分析法構(gòu)建ZD果汁公司外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)體系,把ZD果汁公司的外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行量化和等級(jí)化,對(duì)公司決策具有參考價(jià)值。最后,針對(duì)之前發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題和評(píng)估的結(jié)果從方法、組織、監(jiān)控等方面提出了降低ZD果汁公司外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的對(duì)策建議,對(duì)ZD果汁公司和其他類(lèi)似外貿(mào)公司的日常外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Since the financial crisis in 2008, the RMB exchange rate has increased volatility.With the deepening of RMB interest rate liberalization, the promotion of RMB internationalization and the entry of RMB into SDR in 2016, the frequent fluctuation of exchange rate brings many uncertain factors to the management of import and export enterprises in China.Foreign exchange rate changes bring foreign exchange risk to Chinese foreign trade enterprises.Nevertheless, the knowledge and management of foreign exchange risks in most enterprises with import and export operations remain at the initial stage of passive acceptance and lack of active and effective management and response.Foreign exchange risk will not only reduce the profits of import and export enterprises, but also reduce the value of enterprises.Therefore, how to prevent the foreign exchange risk and strengthen the foreign exchange risk management become the key problem that the import and export enterprises must face.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the foreign exchange risk of ZD juice company and optimize its management.Firstly, the research trends and theories of "foreign exchange risk", "foreign exchange risk management" and "decentralized risk" are expounded.The problems of ZD juice company in foreign exchange risk management, such as imperfect organization, single method and lack of risk evaluation system, are found through field investigation.Thirdly, on the basis of defining the objectives and principles of foreign exchange risk evaluation, the paper constructs the foreign exchange risk evaluation system of ZD juice company by using analytic hierarchy process, and quantifies and ranks the foreign exchange risk of ZD juice company, which has reference value for company decision-making.Finally, in view of the problems found before and the evaluation results, the countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the foreign exchange risk of ZD juice company are put forward from the aspects of method, organization, monitoring and so on.It is of practical significance to the daily foreign exchange risk management of ZD juice company and other similar foreign trade companies.
