【摘要】：尖端制造領(lǐng)域內(nèi)基于共同開發(fā)平臺、以協(xié)作關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ)、以集成技術(shù)為目標(biāo)、以異質(zhì)性生產(chǎn)資源整合為內(nèi)容的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新展示了創(chuàng)新的未來趨勢。本文試圖回答:協(xié)同創(chuàng)新為特征的生產(chǎn)整合與技術(shù)集成的平臺,其分工與協(xié)作的關(guān)系基礎(chǔ)能否構(gòu)成一種有效的生產(chǎn)性資源配置方式且能夠彌補(bǔ)市場機(jī)制的不足。創(chuàng)新具有整合與集成的技術(shù)特質(zhì),企業(yè)務(wù)必通過整合外部資源的方式推動創(chuàng)新;信息化加劇了技術(shù)溢出并導(dǎo)致了持續(xù)創(chuàng)新需求;信息技術(shù)搭建起協(xié)同生產(chǎn)的平臺的工業(yè)4.0時代,平臺擴(kuò)張效應(yīng)將會蔓延至更為廣泛的生產(chǎn)或公共領(lǐng)域,且更加趨向于社會化大生產(chǎn)體系特征。秉承了"分工與規(guī)模相互促進(jìn)"的組織效率邏輯,整合與集成的協(xié)作平臺呈現(xiàn)顯著的創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢,有力支撐了本文"以構(gòu)造平臺引領(lǐng)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動"的相關(guān)政策指針與建議。
[Abstract]:In the cutting-edge manufacturing field, based on common development platforms, based on collaborative relationships, with integration technology as the goal, Collaborative innovation based on heterogeneous integration of production resources shows the future trend of innovation. This paper attempts to answer the platform of production integration and technology integration, which is characterized by collaborative innovation. Whether the relationship foundation of division of labor and cooperation can constitute an effective way of allocation of productive resources and can make up for the shortage of market mechanism. Innovation has the technical characteristics of integration and integration, enterprises must promote innovation by integrating external resources; Informatization exacerbates technology spillover and leads to sustained demand for innovation; in the 4.0 era of industry where information technology builds platforms for collaborative production, the platform expansion effect will spread to a wider range of production or public areas. With the organizational efficiency logic of "division of labor and mutual promotion of scale", the cooperation platform of integration and integration presents significant innovation advantages. It supports the relevant policy guidelines and suggestions of "leading innovation drive by constructing platform".
