M公司青年技能人才培養(yǎng)的優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的飛速變化、社會(huì)對(duì)于技能人才培養(yǎng)的逐漸重視,M公司為了在印制行業(yè)保持強(qiáng)勁的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,就必須重視青年技能人才的培養(yǎng),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文對(duì)M公司青年技能人才優(yōu)化培養(yǎng)對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究,不僅能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)自身發(fā)展提供支持,而且可以輻射其他印制甚至國(guó)有生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè),具有一定的借鑒意義。企業(yè)如何培養(yǎng)自己的優(yōu)秀青年技能人才,勝任挑戰(zhàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)愿景。本文通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外技能人才培養(yǎng)理論和研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)工作滿意度、工作能力、激勵(lì)方式、企業(yè)文化精神、培訓(xùn)模式、團(tuán)的思想建設(shè)、復(fù)合型人才等公司青年技能人才現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析來(lái)指出目前企業(yè)培養(yǎng)技能人才不足的方面,以及在借鑒知名企業(yè)青年技能人才培養(yǎng)與激勵(lì)的案例下,通過(guò)理論和實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀的分析最終對(duì)企業(yè)培訓(xùn)部培養(yǎng)技能人才模式、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)、后備人才選拔、新型學(xué)習(xí)小組等方面提出了可行性的優(yōu)化對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid changes in the economic situation, the society has gradually attached importance to the training of skilled personnel. In order to maintain strong competitiveness in the printing industry, the company must attach importance to the training of young skilled personnel. Finally, the sustainable development of the enterprise is realized. This paper studies the countermeasures of optimizing the training of young skilled personnel in M Company, which can not only provide support for the development of the enterprise itself, but also radiate other printing and even state-owned manufacturing enterprises. It has certain reference significance. How to train their own outstanding young skilled talents, how to meet the challenge, realize the enterprise vision. This article, through drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign skilled personnel training theory and the research present situation, to the job satisfaction, the work ability, Incentive mode, spirit of enterprise culture, training mode, ideological construction of regiment, compound talents and so on, are investigated and analyzed in order to point out the shortage of skilled personnel in enterprises at present. And on the basis of the case of cultivating and encouraging young skilled talents in well-known enterprises, through the analysis of theory and practice, the paper finally analyzes the training mode, the construction of enterprise culture, and the selection of reserve talents in the training department of enterprises. New learning groups and other aspects of the feasibility of optimization countermeasures.
