基于模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法的家電企業(yè)物流模式?jīng)Q策研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入發(fā)展,世界各地區(qū)國家的互聯(lián)互通不斷增強(qiáng)。對(duì)于中國企業(yè)來說,深度融入世界經(jīng)濟(jì)既是一種機(jī)遇又是一種挑戰(zhàn)。一方面通過交流可以引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的管理思想和科學(xué)技術(shù),有利于提高企業(yè)自身的核心競爭力;另一方面,市場競爭變的更加激烈,精益生產(chǎn)、控本降耗可以為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造價(jià)格優(yōu)勢和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。為了提高服務(wù)降低成本,企業(yè)在經(jīng)營過程越來越把物流管理放在一個(gè)極其重要的戰(zhàn)略地位。由于電子商務(wù)的迅速發(fā)展,線上銷售逐漸取代線下銷售并在快速崛起。對(duì)于家電行業(yè)來說銷售模式正在發(fā)生巨大的變化,傳統(tǒng)的線下門店銷售冷淡低迷,而線上網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售卻呈現(xiàn)強(qiáng)勁的增長勢頭。消費(fèi)者的消費(fèi)方式已經(jīng)發(fā)生了深刻改變,也驅(qū)動(dòng)家電企業(yè)紛紛轉(zhuǎn)型。其中物流模式的重塑是一個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),制定出正確的物流管理方案對(duì)企業(yè)來說極其重要。本文以物流模式?jīng)Q策作為主要的研究對(duì)象,主要內(nèi)容如下:1.對(duì)相關(guān)物流模式的基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行研究,包括物流的概述,家電物流的特點(diǎn),家電物流的現(xiàn)狀;列舉物流模式分類,并闡述物流模式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)以及成功案例;分析物流模式選擇的影響因素及指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的文獻(xiàn)研究等。2.運(yùn)用模型對(duì)案例進(jìn)行分析,首先介紹案例和研究的思路和流程;其次構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系并通過層次分析法得到各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重因子,運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法分別評(píng)價(jià)自營物流,外包物流和物流聯(lián)盟模式。最后選擇出最適合企業(yè)自身?xiàng)l件的物流模式,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)情況分析評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of economic globalization, the connectivity of countries in various regions of the world is increasing. For Chinese enterprises, Deep integration into the world economy is both an opportunity and a challenge. On the one hand, advanced management ideas and science and technology can be introduced through exchange, which is conducive to improving the core competitiveness of enterprises; on the other hand, market competition is becoming more intense. Lean production, cost control and consumption reduction can create price advantages and economic benefits for enterprises. More and more enterprises put logistics management in an extremely important strategic position in the course of operation. Due to the rapid development of electronic commerce, Online sales are gradually taking the place of offline sales and are rising rapidly. Sales patterns are changing dramatically for the home appliance industry, with traditional offline stores suffering from sluggish sales. However, online sales have shown a strong growth momentum. Consumer consumption patterns have undergone profound changes, which have also driven home appliance enterprises to transform. Among them, the reshaping of logistics patterns is a key link. It is very important to make the correct logistics management plan for the enterprise. This paper takes the logistics mode decision as the main research object, the main content is as follows: 1.The basic theory of the related logistics mode is studied, including the summary of logistics, The characteristics of home appliance logistics, the current situation of home appliance logistics, the classification of logistics mode, the advantages and disadvantages of logistics model and the successful cases are discussed. Analysis of the factors affecting the choice of logistics mode and the establishment of the index system of literature research. 2. Use the model to analyze the case, first introduce the case and the research ideas and processes; Secondly, the evaluation index system is constructed and the weight factors of each index are obtained by AHP, and the self-supporting logistics is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Outsourcing logistics and logistics alliance mode. Finally, select the logistics model that is most suitable for the enterprise's own conditions, and analyze the evaluation results according to the actual situation.
