【摘要】：近年來大型企業(yè)集團(tuán)深化企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)和經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)改革,本著有利于科學(xué)決策和有效監(jiān)管的原則,對(duì)區(qū)域性投資公司的職責(zé)權(quán)限進(jìn)行了界定,授權(quán)區(qū)域投資公司負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)所屬區(qū)域煤礦公司的人、財(cái)、物、產(chǎn)、供、銷及產(chǎn)權(quán)管理。探索提出了一系列新思想新觀念新理念。因此,本文針對(duì)煤礦企業(yè)成本管理和集團(tuán)管控進(jìn)行了分析,以供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, large enterprise groups have deepened the reform of enterprise property rights and management rights, and, in line with the principles conducive to scientific decision-making and effective supervision, have defined the responsibility and authority of regional investment companies. The authorized regional investment company is responsible for the management of the people, property, property, supply, marketing and property right of the regional coal mining company.
