【摘要】：煤炭行業(yè)是中國能源支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),近年來,各種煤炭企業(yè)擴張新建導致市場供需不平衡,煤炭價格下跌,煤炭市場面臨"黃金十年"之后的"寒冬季",國家針對這種狀態(tài)出臺了一系列供給側(cè)改革,煤炭企業(yè)去產(chǎn)能的政策。煤炭企業(yè)面臨嚴峻的問題,急需改善現(xiàn)有效率低下問題,以及尋找新的發(fā)展路徑�；谏鲜鰡栴},本文主要進行了以下研究工作:(1)將傳統(tǒng)DEA模型數(shù)據(jù)平移有效性分析拓展到廣義DEA模型,驗證了廣義BCC模型的數(shù)據(jù)平移后,決策單元有效性不變,給出了數(shù)據(jù)平移尺度合理性的判定條件,從而為廣義DEA模型評價煤炭企業(yè)效率分析提供了理論支持。(2)選取2009-2015年間中國29家煤炭上市企業(yè)作為研究對象,選取合適的投入產(chǎn)出指標,從整體情況、分規(guī)模、各企業(yè)分別進行效率分析,并且給出投影改進值。(3)運用Malmquist指數(shù)法對2009-2015年間中國29家煤炭上市企業(yè)進行動態(tài)效率分析,評價了全要素生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)、綜合技術效率指數(shù)、技術進步指數(shù)的變化。(4)結(jié)合Tobit線性回歸分析方法,對中國煤炭上市企業(yè)綜合效率影響因素進行分析。通過實證研究結(jié)果表明:①煤炭上市企業(yè)近年來綜合效率和純技術效率的都是呈現(xiàn)下滑趨勢;②小型煤炭企業(yè)效率優(yōu)于其他規(guī)模煤炭企業(yè);③煤炭上市企業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率下降,和技術進步指數(shù)變化趨勢相同;④效率影響因素分析表明,基層員工情況、股權集中度、資產(chǎn)負債率和企業(yè)綜合效率呈顯著負相關,總資產(chǎn)周轉(zhuǎn)率和企業(yè)綜合效率呈顯著正相關。最后,對中國煤炭上市企業(yè)的效率提升提出了政策建議,并指出了研究中存在的不足及未來的研究展望。
[Abstract]:The coal industry is a pillar of China's energy industry. In recent years, the expansion and construction of various coal enterprises has led to an imbalance between supply and demand in the market, and the price of coal has fallen. The coal market is facing a "cold winter" after a "golden decade," and the state has issued a series of supply-side reforms aimed at this situation. Coal enterprises are facing severe problems and are in urgent need of improving their existing inefficiencies. Based on the above problems, this paper mainly carries out the following research work: 1) extending the data translation validity analysis of the traditional DEA model to the generalized DEA model, and validating the data translation of the generalized BCC model. The validity of Decision-making unit is invariant, and the judgment conditions of the rationality of data translation scale are given, which provides theoretical support for evaluating the efficiency of coal enterprises by generalized DEA model.) 29 coal listed enterprises in China from 2009-2015 are selected as the research objects. Select the appropriate input-output index, analyze the efficiency of each enterprise separately from the whole situation, the scale, and give the projection improvement value. (3) using Malmquist index method to analyze the dynamic efficiency of 29 coal listed enterprises in China from 2009 to 2015. The change of total factor productivity index, comprehensive technology efficiency index and technological progress index is evaluated by Tobit linear regression analysis. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the comprehensive efficiency of the coal listed enterprises in China. The empirical results show that the comprehensive efficiency and the pure technical efficiency of the 1% 1 coal listed enterprises in recent years are both showing a downward trend and the efficiency of the small coal enterprises. The total factor productivity of coal listed enterprises is lower than that of other coal enterprises. The analysis of influencing factors of efficiency, which is the same as the change trend of technological progress index, shows that there is a significant negative correlation between grass-roots employee situation, equity concentration, asset-liability ratio and enterprise comprehensive efficiency. There is a significant positive correlation between the turnover of total assets and the comprehensive efficiency of enterprises. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of listed coal enterprises in China, and the shortcomings of the research and the prospects for future research are pointed out.
