【摘要】：闡述了河南平寶煤業(yè)有限公司"零隱患、零三違、零工傷"的"三零"區(qū)隊創(chuàng)建理念,介紹了該公司打造本質(zhì)安全人、開展全員"安全伙伴"星級管理活動、夯實班組安全、抓實工程和工作質(zhì)量、做實隱患排查整治、嚴(yán)肅考核獎懲六條路徑的探索與實踐。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the concept of " zero hidden danger , zero three and zero work injury " in Pingbao Coal Industry Co . , Ltd . , and introduces the idea of building the essence safety man , carries out the star management activities of " safety partner " of the whole staff , tamping the safety of the team , grasping the engineering and quality of work , doing real hidden trouble shooting and rectification , and taking seriously the exploration and practice of six paths of rewards and punishments .
