【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)綜合實(shí)力不斷增強(qiáng),特別是近三十年國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)以及周邊環(huán)境的不斷變化,促使了國(guó)防裝備事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,特別是空天領(lǐng)域越來(lái)越得國(guó)家的關(guān)注和重視,我國(guó)也正從大國(guó)向強(qiáng)國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)變,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”。作為現(xiàn)代航空業(yè)的一員,深深體會(huì)到目前我國(guó)飛行器的動(dòng)力不足帶來(lái)“心”病,必須要快速解決,使中國(guó)再次騰飛有一顆強(qiáng)健的心。這就要求我們必須在持續(xù)提升科學(xué)技術(shù)水平的同時(shí),也要很抓研發(fā)管理水平,使其技術(shù)與管理相匹配,快速交出高水平的產(chǎn)品來(lái)鞏固和提升我國(guó)航空業(yè)的國(guó)際地位。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理的現(xiàn)狀分析并結(jié)合國(guó)際上先進(jìn)的研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理方法,形成具有我國(guó)使用特點(diǎn)的、有效的管理方法,來(lái)提升我國(guó)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的科學(xué)管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)從望其項(xiàng)背到并駕齊驅(qū)最終超越的目標(biāo),是我們航空項(xiàng)目管理人員的“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”。其中,研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理中的進(jìn)度管理是最基礎(chǔ)的,最為關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié),但也是我們最容易忽略的,因此科學(xué)運(yùn)用進(jìn)度管理方法和工具促進(jìn)我國(guó)航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)事業(yè)提升尤為重要。本文回顧了我國(guó)航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理的歷史,總結(jié)分析了其研發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題;對(duì)ZGM航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的制定、優(yōu)化、過(guò)程控制和進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的更新,從原理、應(yīng)用和關(guān)注點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述;最后,對(duì)我國(guó)航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目如何更好、科學(xué)管理提出了暢想和下一步要研究探索的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous strengthening of China's comprehensive strength, especially the rapid growth of the national economy in the past three decades and the continuous changes in the surrounding environment, the rapid development of the national defense equipment cause, especially in the field of space and sky, has attracted more and more attention from the state. Our country is also changing from a big country to a powerful country, gradually realizing "Chinese Dream." as a member of the modern aviation industry, we deeply realize that the lack of power of our country's aircraft at present brings about "heart" disease, which must be solved quickly. To make China take off again has a strong heart. This requires that while we continue to raise the level of science and technology, we must also pay close attention to the level of R & D management, so that its technology and management can be matched. Quickly hand over high-level products to consolidate and enhance the international position of China's aviation industry. By analyzing the current situation of domestic R & D project management and combining with advanced international R & D project management methods, we have formed a system that has the characteristics of our country's use. Effective management methods to enhance the scientific management of our country's R & D projects, and to achieve the goal of our country's aero-engines from keeping pace with each other and finally surpassing are "Chinese Dream" of our aeronautical project managers. Schedule management in R & D project management is the most basic and critical link, but it is also the one that we most easily ignore. Therefore, it is very important to use schedule management methods and tools to promote the development of aeroengine in China. This paper reviews the history of project management of aeroengine R & D in China. This paper summarizes and analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the R & D project schedule management of the ZGM aero-engine R & D project, and discusses in detail the formulation, optimization, process control and updating of the progress plan of the ZGM aero-engine R & D project from the aspects of principle, application and concern. Finally, the scientific management of the research and development project of aeroengine in our country is put forward, and the goal of further research and exploration is put forward.
