【摘要】：對(duì)陜北地區(qū)某大型煤化工項(xiàng)目的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了分析和研究。通過(guò)多種手段調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn),該區(qū)域內(nèi)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主要為項(xiàng)目的環(huán)境污染、水資源利用以及民眾的可持續(xù)收入等。通過(guò)執(zhí)行廢棄物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、采用閉式循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)和廢水近零排放技術(shù)措施(建議采用自然蒸發(fā)與機(jī)械蒸發(fā)并用的形式),以及企業(yè)出于社會(huì)責(zé)任而吸收當(dāng)?shù)孛癖娨栽黾用癖姷某掷m(xù)性收入等措施能夠?qū)⒅饕L(fēng)險(xiǎn)化解。
[Abstract]:The social stability risk of a large coal chemical project in northern Shaanxi is analyzed and studied. Through investigation and study by various means, it is found that the main risk in this area is the environmental pollution of the project. The use of water resources and the sustainable income of the population, etc., through the implementation of waste discharge standards, Adoption of closed circulating water systems and near-zero waste water discharge technical measures (suggested to adopt the combination of natural evaporation and mechanical evaporation, and enterprises to absorb local people for social responsibility in order to increase their sustainable income, etc.). Shi is able to defuse the main risks.
