【摘要】："城市礦產(chǎn)"作為國家戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè),在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位越顯重要,但因區(qū)域地理、政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新及資源環(huán)境等綜合因素的影響,區(qū)域內(nèi)各省份"城市礦產(chǎn)"發(fā)展參差不齊。為進(jìn)行區(qū)域發(fā)展路徑的有效創(chuàng)新,通過對(duì)2008—2014年經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行全局主因素分析及對(duì)我國區(qū)域"城市礦產(chǎn)"發(fā)展進(jìn)行全面科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià),可以將國內(nèi)"城市礦產(chǎn)"劃分為成熟領(lǐng)先區(qū)、跟進(jìn)挑戰(zhàn)區(qū)、持續(xù)追趕區(qū)、后進(jìn)貧瘠區(qū),并依據(jù)區(qū)域發(fā)展層次,因地制宜,采取制度突破、政府引導(dǎo)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等差異化路徑,協(xié)同推進(jìn)國內(nèi)區(qū)域"城市礦產(chǎn)"產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康穩(wěn)健發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a national strategic emerging industry, "Urban Minerals" plays a more and more important role in the national economy, but it is influenced by regional geography, policy, economy, technological innovation and resources and environment. The development of "urban minerals" in various provinces of the region is uneven. In order to carry out the effective innovation of the regional development path, the overall principal factors of economic data from 2008 to 2014 and the comprehensive and scientific evaluation of the development of regional "urban minerals" in China are analyzed. The domestic "urban mineral resources" can be divided into mature leading areas, follow up challenge areas, keep catching up areas, and backward poor areas, and according to the level of regional development, according to local conditions, take institutional breakthrough, government guidance, technological innovation and other differentiated paths. Coordinate to promote the healthy and steady development of the domestic regional "urban mineral industry".
