【摘要】：寧夏回族自治區(qū)政府為了全面實施《寧夏新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》,加快培育新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,促進全區(qū)經(jīng)濟跨越式發(fā)展,鼓勵企業(yè)投資開發(fā)新能源及其配套項目,并制定一系列政策優(yōu)惠來促進新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,寧夏宏興新能源開發(fā)有限公司(全文稱寧夏宏興集團LNG公司)正是在這個政策背景下成立的。作為新生企業(yè),現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)面臨負債嚴重、停產(chǎn)、無法支付工人工資等問題。在這樣的情況下,寧夏宏興集團LNG公司應(yīng)該如何應(yīng)對復雜的市場環(huán)境,在自身發(fā)展問題集中凸顯的情況下抓住發(fā)展機遇,推進企業(yè)良性發(fā)展,成為企業(yè)當前所面臨的最重要的問題。而選擇和實施與企業(yè)自身情況相適應(yīng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,可以幫助企業(yè)明確其發(fā)展目標,指引企業(yè)長遠的發(fā)展方向,指明發(fā)展點,并確定企業(yè)需要的發(fā)展能力,從而實現(xiàn)企業(yè)健康、快速、持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文利用相關(guān)的理論力求為寧夏宏興集團LNG公司尋求適合自身情況的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文對戰(zhàn)略管理及相關(guān)理論進行了提煉,通過PEST模型對企業(yè)的宏觀環(huán)境做了分析,用波特五力模型對寧夏宏興集團LNG公司所處的行業(yè)環(huán)境進行了分析,得出其關(guān)鍵因素,并做了相應(yīng)的評價(EFE矩陣)。同時,對公司的管理環(huán)境、營銷能力等內(nèi)部資源進行了分析和評價(IFE矩陣)。然后結(jié)合以上外部和內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,利用SWOT模型對公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行分析和選擇,最后根據(jù)寧夏宏興集團LNG公司的自身情況,在企業(yè)愿景和戰(zhàn)略目標的基礎(chǔ)上,制定了與之相適應(yīng)的各種職能戰(zhàn)略,并提出了戰(zhàn)略實施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In order to fully implement the "Ningxia New Energy Industry Development Plan," speed up the cultivation of new energy industry clusters, promote the region's economic leaps and bounds, and encourage enterprises to invest in the development of new energy sources and their supporting projects, And to formulate a series of preferential policies to promote the development of the new energy industry. Ningxia Hongxing New Energy Development Co., Ltd. (referred to in the full text as Ningxia Hongxing Group LNG Company) was set up under this policy background. As a nascent enterprise, Now it is facing problems such as heavy debts, production stoppage and inability to pay workers' wages. Under such circumstances, how should LNG Company of Ningxia Hongxing Group deal with the complex market environment? Under the condition that the problems of self-development are concentrated and highlighted, it is the most important problem for enterprises to seize the opportunity of development and promote the healthy development of enterprises, and to choose and implement the development strategy that is suitable to the situation of enterprises. It can help enterprises to clarify their development goals, to guide their long-term development direction, to point out their development points, and to determine the development capabilities needed by enterprises, so as to realize the healthy and rapid development of enterprises. Sustainable development. This paper makes use of the relevant theories to seek the development strategy suitable for the LNG company of Ningxia Hongxing Group. This paper refines the strategic management and related theories, and analyzes the macro environment of the enterprise through the PEST model. This paper analyzes the industry environment of Ningxia Hongxing Group LNG Company by using Porter's five-force model, finds out its key factors, and makes a corresponding evaluation of the LNG matrix. At the same time, the management environment of the company is also analyzed. The internal resources, such as marketing ability, are analyzed and evaluated. Then combined with the above external and internal environment analysis, the SWOT model is used to analyze and select the development strategy of the company. Finally, according to the situation of LNG Company of Ningxia Hongxing Group, On the basis of the vision and strategic goal of the enterprise, various functional strategies are formulated and the guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy are put forward.
