【摘要】：近年來,收益途徑評估方法中的折現(xiàn)現(xiàn)金流量法(以下簡稱DCF法)、折現(xiàn)現(xiàn)金流風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系數(shù)調(diào)整法和收入權(quán)益法是業(yè)界常用的評估方法,通過對DCF法中涉及的資源儲量,礦山服務(wù)年限,礦產(chǎn)品價(jià)格,折現(xiàn)率等影響因素進(jìn)行敏感性分析,有助于對礦業(yè)權(quán)價(jià)值做出更加客觀、準(zhǔn)確的評估,預(yù)見可能的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高礦業(yè)權(quán)投資決策的準(zhǔn)確性。本文將BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與局部敏感分析Garson算法相結(jié)合對煤炭資源礦業(yè)權(quán)評估進(jìn)行敏感性分析。首先,構(gòu)建礦業(yè)權(quán)評估指標(biāo)體系;然后利用煤炭資源礦業(yè)權(quán)評估數(shù)據(jù)訓(xùn)練BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),獲得網(wǎng)絡(luò)閾值;最后,用敏感性分析Garson算法計(jì)算出影響煤炭礦業(yè)權(quán)評估指標(biāo)的敏感系數(shù)。分析結(jié)果顯示:本文所選取的影響煤炭資源礦業(yè)權(quán)評估的指標(biāo)按敏感系數(shù)排序?yàn)?可采儲量的敏感系數(shù)為26.39%、產(chǎn)品價(jià)格26.12%、礦山服務(wù)年限17.26%、投資規(guī)模14.65%、折現(xiàn)率9.97%、礦山年生產(chǎn)規(guī)模5.62%,可采儲量對煤炭礦業(yè)權(quán)價(jià)值影響最大,礦山生產(chǎn)規(guī)模對煤炭礦業(yè)權(quán)價(jià)值影響低。
[Abstract]:In recent years, discounted cash flow method (DCF method, discounted cash flow risk coefficient adjustment method and income equity method) are commonly used in the industry. Sensitivity analysis of factors affecting mine service life, mineral product price, discount rate and so on will help to make a more objective and accurate assessment of the value of mining rights and foresee possible risks. This paper combines BP neural network and local sensitive analysis Garson algorithm to analyze the sensitivity of mining right evaluation of coal resources. Firstly, the index system of mining right evaluation is constructed. Then the BP neural network is trained with the mining rights evaluation data of coal resources to obtain the network threshold. Finally, The sensitivity coefficient of the indexes affecting the evaluation of coal mining rights is calculated by using the sensitivity analysis Garson algorithm. The results show that the indexes selected in this paper affect the evaluation of mining rights of coal resources in the order of sensitivity coefficients: recoverable reserves. The sensitivity coefficient is 26.39, the product price is 26.12, the service life of the mine is 17.26, the investment scale is 14.65, the discount rate is 9.97, the annual production scale of the mine is 5.62, and the recoverable reserves have the greatest influence on the value of coal mining rights. The influence of mine production scale on the value of coal mining right is low.
