【摘要】：在有關(guān)紡織服裝行業(yè)發(fā)展以及供給側(cè)改革的戰(zhàn)略與政策研究中,轉(zhuǎn)型與升級被作為服裝制造業(yè)尋求發(fā)展的一條重要出路。許多解決方案都對服裝制造業(yè)指出了發(fā)展的方向,同時也反映了當時的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。本課題的研究立足于我國服裝制造業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,針對產(chǎn)能存量的現(xiàn)實情況和行業(yè)發(fā)展的基本方向和特點,結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和相關(guān)技術(shù)在整合、利用資源方面的強大優(yōu)勢,探討了通過整合、優(yōu)化服裝制造業(yè)的巨大資源和關(guān)鍵要素,實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型與升級的發(fā)展思路;具體提出了適應高度個性化且快速變化的消費需求,適應款多量少、快速翻單的服裝生產(chǎn)模式,對體現(xiàn)共享經(jīng)濟思想和產(chǎn)能優(yōu)勢的網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)作生產(chǎn)平臺進行了構(gòu)想與規(guī)劃,對其功能、模塊結(jié)構(gòu)、運行流程等進行了設(shè)計,結(jié)合有關(guān)研究的結(jié)論提出了可實施的方案。本論文的研究共分為六個部分,第一部分為緒論,主要介紹了本課題的研究背景、目的、方法及意義,提煉了本論文的創(chuàng)新點、預期成果與國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀;第二部分從產(chǎn)能協(xié)作和共享平臺兩大概念論述,并在平臺的服務對象分析中創(chuàng)新性的提出了產(chǎn)能協(xié)作中的重要參與者——生產(chǎn)單元,為閑置資源的利用和產(chǎn)能協(xié)作界定了參與范圍;第三部分從平臺的需求和可行性深入分析了建立產(chǎn)能協(xié)作共享平臺對于服裝制造業(yè)的必要性,并針對產(chǎn)能協(xié)作共享的特點和需要規(guī)劃了平臺的功能;第四部分以平臺功能為基礎(chǔ),重點對平臺的模塊結(jié)構(gòu)和其中的關(guān)鍵點進行設(shè)計,并規(guī)劃了平臺的運行流程,為構(gòu)想的整個平臺畫下了藍圖;第五部分為了說明平臺的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計和可操作性,以三個具體的實際案例在該平臺上進行運行模擬,并采用邏輯分析法和專家訪談法對構(gòu)想平臺進行了評估;最后對本論文的研究結(jié)果進行總結(jié),同時指出了研究的不足之處。
[Abstract]:In the research on the development of textile and garment industry and the strategy and policy of supply-side reform, transformation and upgrading are regarded as an important way for garment manufacturing industry to seek for development. Many solutions have pointed out the direction of development of garment manufacturing industry. At the same time, it also reflects the huge challenge at that time. The research of this topic is based on the current situation of our country's garment manufacturing industry, aiming at the actual situation of the capacity stock and the basic direction and characteristics of the industry development, combining the Internet with the related technology in the integration. By utilizing the powerful advantage of resources, this paper discusses how to optimize the huge resources and key elements of garment manufacturing industry through integration to realize the development of transformation and upgrading, and puts forward the idea of adapting to the highly individualized and rapidly changing consumption demand. In order to adapt to the garment production mode with more and less money and quick turnover, the network cooperative production platform, which embodies the shared economic thought and productivity advantage, is conceived and planned, and its function, module structure and operation flow are designed. Combined with the conclusion of the research, the paper puts forward the feasible scheme. The research of this paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, purpose, method and significance of this topic, and extracts the innovation points of this paper. The second part discusses the two concepts of capacity collaboration and shared platform, and innovatively proposes the production unit, which is an important participant in capacity collaboration in the analysis of the service object of the platform. It defines the scope of participation for the utilization of idle resources and capacity collaboration. The third part deeply analyzes the necessity of establishing capacity collaboration and sharing platform for garment manufacturing industry from the needs and feasibility of the platform. According to the characteristics and needs of production capacity collaboration and sharing, the function of the platform is planned in the 4th part, based on the platform function, the module structure and key points of the platform are designed, and the running process of the platform is planned. In order to illustrate the innovative design and maneuverability of the platform, three practical cases are used to simulate the operation of the platform. Finally, the paper summarizes the research results of this paper and points out the shortcomings of the research.
