【摘要】：利用2012~2015年間我國工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)和手工收集的各省市反腐數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證分析反腐對企業(yè)獲得的商業(yè)銀行信貸的影響后發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,反腐會顯著增加企業(yè)信貸的可獲得性;第二,反腐會顯著增加企業(yè)的信貸額度和貸款期限,并且會顯著降低貸款利率;第三,隨著企業(yè)所有權(quán)、政治關(guān)聯(lián)和資產(chǎn)規(guī)模因素的不同,反腐對企業(yè)信貸的影響機(jī)制存在顯著差異。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of industrial enterprises in China and the anti - corruption data collected manually in China from 2012 to 2015 , the empirical analysis of the effect of anti - corruption on the credit of the commercial banks obtained by enterprises shows that the first , the anti - corruption can significantly increase the availability of the enterprise credit ; secondly , the anti - corruption will significantly increase the credit line and the loan term of the enterprise , and will significantly lower the loan interest rate ; and thirdly , the effect mechanism of the anti - corruption on the enterprise credit is significantly different as the enterprise ownership , political association and asset scale factor are different .
