【摘要】：石油產(chǎn)業(yè)作為我國能源產(chǎn)業(yè)中的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),它的發(fā)展影響著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的和諧以及環(huán)境的良性循環(huán),是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要命脈。目前,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)仍然處于金融危機(jī)后的深入調(diào)整期,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)緩慢,國際油價(jià)低水平、國內(nèi)油氣需求增速放緩、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,全球氣候、環(huán)境、能源等問題不斷惡化,這些因素使得我國石油企業(yè)的綜合績(jī)效受到了一定影響,石油企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展離不開社會(huì)和環(huán)境的支撐,同時(shí)其對(duì)社會(huì)與環(huán)境也有相應(yīng)的責(zé)任。因此,論文從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)以及環(huán)境對(duì)石油企業(yè)綜合績(jī)效的影響這一角度進(jìn)行了分析,評(píng)價(jià)我國石油企業(yè)整體綜合績(jī)效水平。以三重績(jī)效理論為基礎(chǔ),從經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效、社會(huì)績(jī)效以及環(huán)境績(jī)效三個(gè)方面建立了石油企業(yè)綜合績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用改進(jìn)型的突變級(jí)數(shù)法對(duì)石油企業(yè)綜合績(jī)效的高低進(jìn)行計(jì)算和評(píng)價(jià),得出我國石油企業(yè)綜合績(jī)效的現(xiàn)有水平;建立了石油企業(yè)綜合績(jī)效靜態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)度評(píng)價(jià)模型與動(dòng)態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)度評(píng)價(jià)模型。依據(jù)已構(gòu)建的石油企業(yè)綜合績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)中國石油、中國石化、中國海油以及中化集團(tuán)四家具有代表性的石油企業(yè)的綜合績(jī)效、靜態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)度以及動(dòng)態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)度進(jìn)行計(jì)算和分析,根據(jù)計(jì)算和分析結(jié)果進(jìn)一步評(píng)價(jià)四家石油公司整體綜合績(jī)效水平,并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,提出相應(yīng)的石油企業(yè)綜合績(jī)效提升策略。
[Abstract]:The petroleum industry is the pillar industry in the energy industry of our country, its development affects the national economy, the social harmony and the benign circle of the environment, is the important lifeline of the economic development of our country. The world economy is still in the deep adjustment period after the financial crisis. The world economy is growing slowly, the international oil price is low, the domestic oil and gas demand growth rate is slowing down, the market competition is intensifying, and the global climate, environment, energy and other problems are getting worse and worse. These factors have influenced the comprehensive performance of petroleum enterprises in China. The economic development of petroleum enterprises can not be separated from the support of society and environment, and at the same time, it also has corresponding responsibilities to society and environment. This paper analyzes the influence of society and environment on the comprehensive performance of petroleum enterprises, and evaluates the overall comprehensive performance level of petroleum enterprises in China. Based on the theory of triple performance, this paper analyzes the economic performance of petroleum enterprises. This paper establishes the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of petroleum enterprises from three aspects: social performance and environmental performance, and calculates and evaluates the comprehensive performance of petroleum enterprises by using the modified catastrophe series method. The present level of comprehensive performance of petroleum enterprises in China is obtained, and the static coordination degree evaluation model and dynamic coordination degree evaluation model are established. According to the established comprehensive performance evaluation index system of petroleum enterprises, the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of PetroChina is discussed. The comprehensive performance, static coordination degree and dynamic coordination degree of four representative petroleum enterprises of Sinopec, China Sea Oil and Sinochem Group are calculated and analyzed. According to the results of calculation and analysis, the comprehensive performance level of the four oil companies is further evaluated, and according to the evaluation results, the corresponding comprehensive performance promotion strategies of oil enterprises are put forward.
