【摘要】：印度的能源以及氣候政策將對未來全球溫室氣體排放格局有很大影響,也將對巴黎氣候大會后全球氣候合作成敗有重要作用。為了更加清楚了解印度能源和氣候政策的動態(tài)和目標(biāo),本文首先介紹了印度能源發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和與能源相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展規(guī)劃,其次整理并介紹"新政策情景"下印度未來能源供需情況和能源政策主要內(nèi)容,最后文章在搜集整理印度國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對氣候政策評述的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了巴黎氣候大會前后印度氣候政策的主要變化。文章在對印度政策以及中印對比分析的基礎(chǔ)上對印度氣候政策的未來提出了評論和展望。
[Abstract]:India's energy and climate policies will have a big impact on the future of global greenhouse gas emissions. Will also play an important role in the success or failure of global climate cooperation after the Paris Climate Conference. In order to better understand the dynamics and objectives of India's energy and climate policies, This paper first introduces the current situation of India's energy development and its energy-related economic and social development plans, secondly, it arranges and introduces India's future energy supply and demand situation and the main contents of energy policy under the "New Policy scenario". Finally, on the basis of collecting and sorting out Indian scholars' comments on climate policy, This paper summarizes the major changes of Indian climate policy before and after the Paris Climate Conference and puts forward comments and prospects for the future of Indian climate policy on the basis of comparative analysis of Indian policy and Sino-Indian climate policy.
