【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)軍民融合發(fā)展步入快車道,軍民融合的范圍不斷拓展、形式不斷豐富、程度不斷加深,經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)取得快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),國(guó)防和軍隊(duì)實(shí)力明顯增強(qiáng)。然而,軍民融合國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略在推進(jìn)落實(shí)過程中還面臨著思想觀念轉(zhuǎn)變難、統(tǒng)籌合力形成難、利益格局打破難的"三難"考驗(yàn),迫切需要通過增強(qiáng)"三力",即思想引領(lǐng)力、統(tǒng)籌統(tǒng)管力和發(fā)展內(nèi)動(dòng)力破除發(fā)展困境,早日形成全要素、多領(lǐng)域、高效益的軍民融合深度發(fā)展格局。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's civil military integration development into the fast lane, the scope of civil military integration continues to expand, enrich, deepening, economic construction has achieved rapid development, national defense and military strength has increased significantly. However, the integration of military and civilian national strategy in promoting the implementation of the process is also faced with the concept of change is difficult, and form a joint force to break the pattern of interests to the "three" test, the urgent need to strengthen the "three forces", namely thought leading force, and control force and the power of development to get rid of the plight of development, the early formation of total factor, multi field, high efficiency of the civil military integration depth development pattern.
