【摘要】：隨著國際競爭日趨激烈,我國大力推動信息化和工業(yè)化融合是加快經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式的重大舉措,也是走新型工業(yè)化道路的必然選擇。目前,我國工業(yè)企業(yè)在進行兩化融合評估時,國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB/T 23020-2013)給出了適用于各行各業(yè)的一個通用評估要求,各工業(yè)行業(yè)應(yīng)依據(jù)該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定符合自身特色和需求的行業(yè)評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn),正確引導(dǎo)和促進行業(yè)企業(yè)兩化融合及其持續(xù)改進。工業(yè)企業(yè)應(yīng)依據(jù)該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定企業(yè)自用的評估指標(biāo)體系,開展企業(yè)自我評估和診斷,那么分析評估指標(biāo)間的關(guān)系就顯得尤為重要。本研究通過分析評估指標(biāo)間的關(guān)系,找出影響工業(yè)企業(yè)兩化融合評估的主要指標(biāo),揭示指標(biāo)之間的互動關(guān)系,有利于明確工業(yè)企業(yè)兩化融合重點和發(fā)展方向,推進工業(yè)企業(yè)兩化融合進程和打造工業(yè)企業(yè)在信息化環(huán)境下的可持續(xù)競爭能力。本研究依據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和參考國內(nèi)外研究成果,對生產(chǎn)類型為純流程型工業(yè)企業(yè)兩化融合評估指標(biāo)體系進行了梳理和分析,從中選取基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、單項應(yīng)用、綜合集成和協(xié)同與創(chuàng)新評估指標(biāo)組構(gòu)建了6個評估指標(biāo)間關(guān)系模型。以431家純流程型工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)作為樣本,采用典型相關(guān)分析法分析評估指標(biāo)間相互關(guān)系。實驗結(jié)果表明:基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、單項應(yīng)用、綜合集成和協(xié)同與創(chuàng)新評估指標(biāo)之間均存在顯著的典型正相關(guān)。單項應(yīng)用與綜合集成的關(guān)系最密切,其次是基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)與單項應(yīng)用、綜合集成和協(xié)同與創(chuàng)新、單項應(yīng)用和協(xié)同與創(chuàng)新、基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)與綜合集成、基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)和協(xié)同與創(chuàng)新。在評估指標(biāo)組間關(guān)聯(lián)上起主要作用的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)是設(shè)備設(shè)施和信息資源,單項應(yīng)用是生產(chǎn)管理、生產(chǎn)制造、質(zhì)量和計量、能源與環(huán)保、安全管理、項目管理和其它經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)管理,綜合集成是管理與控制集成、產(chǎn)供銷集成和財務(wù)與業(yè)務(wù)集成,協(xié)同與創(chuàng)新是產(chǎn)品全生命周期綠色發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)同。最后,基于研究結(jié)論,給出工業(yè)企業(yè)開展和推進兩化融合的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce international competition, China's efforts to promote the integration of information and industrialization is an important measure to speed up the economic transformation and development mode, and is also an inevitable choice to take the road of new industrialization. At present, The national standard GBP / T 23020-2013 provides a general evaluation requirement for all kinds of industries, according to which the industrial industries should formulate industry evaluation standards that meet their own characteristics and needs. Correctly guide and promote the integration of industry and enterprise and its continuous improvement. According to this standard and the industry evaluation standard, industrial enterprises should formulate an evaluation index system for their own use, and carry out enterprise self-evaluation and diagnosis. So, it is very important to analyze the relationship between evaluation indexes. By analyzing the relationship between evaluation indexes, this study finds out the main indicators that affect the evaluation of industrial enterprises' integration, and reveals the interactive relationship between the indicators. It is helpful to clarify the key points and development direction of the integration of industrial enterprises and enterprises, to promote the integration process of industrial enterprises and to build the sustainable competitiveness of industrial enterprises in the information environment. This study is based on national standards and references to domestic and foreign research results. This paper combs and analyzes the evaluation index system of the integration of the two types of production for pure process industrial enterprises, and selects the basic construction and the single application. Integrated integration and collaborative and innovation evaluation index group were used to construct six evaluation index relationship models. The data of 431 pure process industrial enterprises were taken as samples. The typical correlation analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between the evaluation indexes. The experimental results show that: infrastructure construction, single application, There is significant typical positive correlation between comprehensive integration and collaboration and innovation evaluation index, the relationship between single application and integrated integration is the most close, followed by infrastructure construction and single application, comprehensive integration and collaboration and innovation. The main function of the infrastructure in the evaluation index group is the equipment, facilities and information resources, and the single application is the production management. Manufacturing, quality and measurement, energy and environmental protection, safety management, project management and other business management, integrated management and control integration, production, supply and marketing integration and financial and business integration, Collaboration and innovation are the green development of product life cycle and the collaboration of industry chain. Finally, based on the research conclusions, the countermeasures and suggestions for industrial enterprises to develop and promote the integration of the two industries are given.
