F公司的有源元件采購(gòu)改善研究

【摘要】:照明行業(yè)是一個(gè)比較傳統(tǒng)的行業(yè),但隨著總體經(jīng)濟(jì)形式下滑和疲軟,照明行業(yè)也受到了很大的沖擊,面臨著很多的挑戰(zhàn)。作為組成照明產(chǎn)品的有源元件由于其所占成本比重比較大,采購(gòu)周期比較長(zhǎng),是制約照明產(chǎn)品價(jià)格和交期的關(guān)鍵因素,因此,對(duì)其成本和交期問題展開研究對(duì)提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要的實(shí)際意義。首先,本文對(duì)有源元件市場(chǎng)做了簡(jiǎn)單分析,并對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了分級(jí)。結(jié)合F公司所用有源元件特點(diǎn),提出有源元件采購(gòu)中面臨的價(jià)格高、交期長(zhǎng)的問題。其次,對(duì)F公司有源元件單價(jià)過高、交期過長(zhǎng)和部分有源元件唯一資源過多三方面進(jìn)行了原因分析。最后,結(jié)合了采購(gòu)管理、庫(kù)存管理和供應(yīng)商管理等理論方法,對(duì)價(jià)格過高提出了供應(yīng)商早期介入、戰(zhàn)略供應(yīng)商的發(fā)展、針對(duì)性的產(chǎn)品替代、采購(gòu)批量化等四方面的改善建議;對(duì)交期過長(zhǎng)提出了預(yù)測(cè)管理精確化與VMI的合理使用、供應(yīng)商的早期介入、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、改善備貨協(xié)議和緊急情況下現(xiàn)貨商的使用等五方面的改善建議,從而增強(qiáng)F公司在同行業(yè)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。希望本文的研究和觀點(diǎn)能對(duì)相關(guān)企業(yè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The lighting industry is a more traditional industry, but with the overall economic decline and weakness, the lighting industry has also suffered a great impact. As an active component of lighting products, because of its relatively large proportion of costs and longer procurement cycle, it is a key factor that restricts the price and delivery period of lighting products. It is of great practical significance to study the cost and delivery time of enterprises. Firstly, this paper makes a simple analysis on the market of active components and classifies the products, combining with the characteristics of active components used in company F. The problems of high price and long delivery period in the purchasing of active components are put forward. Secondly, the causes of excessive unit price of active components, too long delivery period and excessive unique resources of some active components in F Company are analyzed. Combined with the theories and methods of purchasing management, inventory management and supplier management, the paper puts forward four suggestions to improve the price of overpriced suppliers, such as the early intervention of suppliers, the development of strategic suppliers, the targeted product substitution, and the purchase batch. Five suggestions are put forward to improve the accuracy of forecasting management and the rational use of VMI, the early intervention of suppliers, the standardization of products, the improvement of stock preparation agreement and the use of spot merchants in emergency situations. In order to enhance the competitiveness of company F in the same industry, I hope the research and views of this paper can provide reference for related enterprises.
