【摘要】：潤(rùn)滑油行業(yè)作為石油化工行業(yè)的重要組成部分以及工程機(jī)械、鋼鐵、汽車、電力等中國(guó)主體產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的下游行業(yè),其發(fā)展始終與中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展保持同步,而隨著中國(guó)科技的高速發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)的高度活躍,潤(rùn)滑油企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,對(duì)于潤(rùn)滑油這樣的技術(shù)密集型企業(yè),技術(shù)是提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的關(guān)鍵,是獲取市場(chǎng)份額的主要因素,是企業(yè)保持長(zhǎng)期良好發(fā)展的前提。技術(shù)選擇的不恰當(dāng),輕則使企業(yè)發(fā)展停滯不前,重則威脅到企業(yè)的生存。因此,利用技術(shù)選擇的相關(guān)知識(shí)來進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑油企業(yè)的技術(shù)選擇就顯得尤為重要。本文利用技術(shù)軌道和技術(shù)生命周期的技術(shù)選擇理論,同時(shí)遵循利潤(rùn)最大化的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,先進(jìn)性與適用性相統(tǒng)一,因地、因時(shí)、因人、因事制宜三條技術(shù)選擇基本原則,通過調(diào)查分析中國(guó)潤(rùn)滑油市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展形勢(shì),結(jié)合S公司的技術(shù)體系特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及市場(chǎng)需求,在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)潤(rùn)滑油領(lǐng)域?qū)公司進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)油和粘度指數(shù)改進(jìn)劑的技術(shù)選擇。最終筆者選擇以礦物油和PAO合成油多比例調(diào)和的半合成油為基礎(chǔ)油,以聚丙烯酸脂肪醇酯(PAMA)粘指劑為主要添加劑來生產(chǎn)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)目前需求量最大的汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)油,并對(duì)該技術(shù)方案進(jìn)行評(píng)估,發(fā)現(xiàn)該技術(shù)方案可行性高、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力強(qiáng)、并且還有助于汽車的節(jié)能減排。
[Abstract]:As an important part of petrochemical industry and downstream industries of construction machinery, iron and steel, automobile, electric power and so on, lubricating oil industry has always kept pace with the development of Chinese economy. With the rapid development of science and technology in China and the highly active economy, the competition among lubricating oil enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. For technology-intensive enterprises such as lubricating oil, technology is the key to improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. It is the main factor that obtains the market share, is the premise that the enterprise maintains the long-term good development. If the technology choice is not appropriate, the light will make the enterprise development to be stagnant, the heavy will threaten the enterprise survival. It is very important to make use of the relevant knowledge of technology selection to select the technology of lubricating oil enterprises. This paper makes use of the technology choice theory of technology track and technology life cycle, and follows the economic benefit of profit maximization at the same time. According to the three basic principles of technological selection, such as the combination of advanced nature and applicability, and combining with the characteristics of S Company's technical system, three basic principles of technological selection are adopted, which are based on the investigation and analysis of the development situation of China's lubricating oil market. The development strategy and market demand are used to select the base oil and viscosity index improver for S Company in the field of engine lubricating oil. Finally, the author chooses the semi-synthetic oil mixed with mineral oil and PAO synthetic oil as the base oil. Using polyacrylate fatty alcohol ester (Pama) adhesive as the main additive to produce automobile engine oil which is the most in demand in China at present, the technical scheme is evaluated and it is found that the technical scheme is feasible and competitive in the market. It also helps cars save energy and reduce emissions.
