【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)背景下,分析我國(guó)煤炭工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的科學(xué)優(yōu)化及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整評(píng)價(jià)的必要性,基于模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的甄選工作,從布局結(jié)構(gòu)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)四個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了我國(guó)煤炭工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。結(jié)果表明,我國(guó)"十二五"時(shí)期的煤炭工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)改革優(yōu)于"十一五"時(shí)期,并逐步接近良級(jí)水平,為供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革背景下我國(guó)煤炭工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)逐步優(yōu)化提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal state of economy, this paper analyzes the necessity of the scientific optimization of the coal industry structure and the adjustment and evaluation of the industrial structure in our country. The selection work based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the evaluation index is carried out from the layout structure and the organizational structure. The evaluation index system of China's coal industry structure is constructed in four aspects: production structure and product structure. The result shows that the reform of coal industry structure in the 12th Five-Year Plan period is better than that in the 11th Five-Year Plan period. It is close to the level of good level, which provides theoretical support for the gradual optimization of coal industry structure in China under the background of supply-side structural reform.
