高耗能產(chǎn)業(yè)群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型構(gòu)建及評價研究

【摘要】:高耗能產(chǎn)業(yè)群初步形成了產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)雛形,其發(fā)展機理和演化過程應(yīng)引起重視并得到深入研究。基于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論,提出了高耗能產(chǎn)業(yè)群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的概念,從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新視角分析其演進機理,構(gòu)建了高耗能產(chǎn)業(yè)群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演進的結(jié)構(gòu)模型及評價指標(biāo)體系以剖析其演化過程,并以寶鋼為案例進行了實證研究。結(jié)果表明:高耗能產(chǎn)業(yè)群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)及評價模型可以較好地反映寶鋼集團通過協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)促進可持續(xù)發(fā)展的水平與進程。
[Abstract]:Industrial clusters with high energy consumption have initially formed the embryonic form of industrial collaborative innovation network, its development mechanism and evolution process should be paid attention to and deeply studied, based on the theory of industrial cluster collaborative innovation. The concept of cooperative innovation network of high energy consuming industry cluster is put forward, and its evolution mechanism is analyzed from the perspective of technological innovation. The structure model and evaluation index system of collaborative innovation network evolution of high energy consuming industry cluster are constructed to analyze its evolution process. Taking Baosteel as a case study, the results show that:. The cooperative innovation network and evaluation model of high energy consuming industry cluster can reflect the level and process of sustainable development promoted by the construction of cooperative innovation network in Baosteel Group.
