【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的公路施工企業(yè)想要在日趨激烈的市場環(huán)境中保持競爭優(yōu)勢,必須全面提升企業(yè)整體管理水平,管理信息化已成為必由之路。近年來得益于信息技術(shù)、計算機(jī)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)軟硬件環(huán)境的持繼發(fā)展,使施工企業(yè)利用專業(yè)項目管理軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)多項目、跨地區(qū)、精細(xì)化管理成為可能。泉州公路公司在行業(yè)內(nèi)率先引進(jìn)了項目管理信息化系統(tǒng),為研究施工企業(yè)實(shí)施信息化提供了一個難得的研究對象。本文結(jié)合泉州公路公司應(yīng)用工程項目管理信息系統(tǒng)(PMIS)的情況,在研究公路管理相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了工程項目管理信息系統(tǒng)的主要功能及系統(tǒng)各主要模塊,全面、深入的分析了信息系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行出現(xiàn)問題的原因,并深度結(jié)合該公司的實(shí)際情況,針對性的提出相應(yīng)的對策與建議,最后總結(jié)出公路施工企業(yè)實(shí)施管理信息化應(yīng)注意的事項,即:必須從企業(yè)管理全盤考慮進(jìn)行制度流程、組織機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化;選擇合適的軟件提供商是信息化成功的關(guān)鍵;信息系統(tǒng)必須充分測試穩(wěn)步推進(jìn),不能盲目追求功能大而全;信息化必須避免走入面子工程、政績工程的誤區(qū);大中型施工企業(yè)應(yīng)以使用成熟軟件的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)管理信息化。目前針對建筑行業(yè)管理信息化的理論研究很多,但針對現(xiàn)實(shí)中企業(yè)實(shí)施管理信息化后真實(shí)效果進(jìn)行認(rèn)真剖析的很少,特別是著重分析問題的更少,這正是本文的主要創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。如何真實(shí)面對企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,運(yùn)用適合于本企業(yè)的項目管理信息系統(tǒng),避免信息化變?yōu)閿[設(shè)甚至成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的累贅也是所有建筑企業(yè)所要面對的問題。本文從企業(yè)管理和項目管理的角度出發(fā),為其它施工企業(yè)實(shí)施管理信息化提供了一個較為全面的實(shí)例分析,具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Traditional highway construction enterprises want to maintain competitive advantage in the increasingly fierce market environment, must improve the overall management level of enterprises, management information has become the only way. In recent years, the benefits of information technology. With the continuous development of computer and network software and hardware environment, construction enterprises can use professional project management software to realize multi-project and cross-region. Quanzhou Highway Company introduced the project management information system first in the industry. It provides a rare research object for the implementation of informatization in construction enterprises. This paper combines the application of project management information system (PMISS) in Quanzhou Highway Company. On the basis of studying the theory of highway management, this paper introduces the main functions of the project management information system and the main modules of the system, comprehensively and deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems in the operation of the information system. And deeply combined with the actual situation of the company, targeted to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and finally summed up the highway construction enterprises to implement the management information should pay attention to matters. Namely: must consider from the enterprise management overall to carry on the system flow, the organization organization optimization; Choosing the right software provider is the key to the success of informatization. The information system must fully test and advance steadily, not blindly pursue the function big and complete; The informationization must avoid the mistake of entering the face project and the achievement project; Large and medium-sized construction enterprises should use mature software to realize the management information. At present, there are a lot of research on the theory of construction industry management information. However, few of the real results of the implementation of management information in reality, especially the analysis of the problem less, this is the main innovation of this article. How to truly face the actual situation of the enterprise. Use the project management information system suitable for the enterprise. It is also a problem for all construction enterprises to avoid informatization into furnishings and even become a burden to the development of enterprises. This paper starts from the angle of enterprise management and project management. It provides a more comprehensive case analysis for other construction enterprises to implement management information, and has certain reference significance.
