B公司某裝配車間框架式物流車物料配送路徑優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著市場(chǎng)需求的多樣化和科技的進(jìn)步,普通的生產(chǎn)模式已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)有的需求。對(duì)于生產(chǎn)制造型企業(yè),面對(duì)其生產(chǎn)線高效快速的生產(chǎn),低效的物流配送是約束生產(chǎn)力的重要方面。對(duì)于生產(chǎn)線物流配送而言,滿足生產(chǎn)需求,合理的規(guī)劃車輛配送路線能夠提高生產(chǎn)線的配送效率,保證生產(chǎn)線的正常生產(chǎn),降低物流成本,配送車輛路徑規(guī)劃問(wèn)題在實(shí)際的生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)中有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義?蚣苁轿锪鬈囀且环N承載量高,配送物品可以多樣化,配送過(guò)程穩(wěn)定,裝卸物品方便,節(jié)省能耗的物流配送車輛。針對(duì)于節(jié)拍性較強(qiáng),生產(chǎn)工序需求多樣且需求量大的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的物料提供,框架式物流車無(wú)疑是最佳選擇。本文針對(duì)B公司裝配車間的框架式物流車物料配送路徑進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究,并結(jié)合路徑規(guī)劃的理論及其求解算法達(dá)到優(yōu)化的目的,主要研究的內(nèi)容如下:(1)B公司使用的數(shù)學(xué)模型成本因素較為單一,但是在實(shí)際的生產(chǎn)配送中會(huì)有多方面的因素可以產(chǎn)生成本,本文進(jìn)行分析并將綜合因素結(jié)合起來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)出新的數(shù)學(xué)模型,同時(shí)通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)行車路線的分析重新設(shè)置參數(shù),糾正了年預(yù)算差異。(2)將廢品料箱的更換問(wèn)題加入到正常配送路徑的優(yōu)化中去,將正常的配送問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥瑫r(shí)送取的問(wèn)題,降低配送成本。(3)設(shè)計(jì)一種混合式遺傳算法來(lái)求解最優(yōu)路徑,使算法更加適合求解該類問(wèn)題,在提高運(yùn)算效率的同時(shí)節(jié)省配送成本。(4)對(duì)于工序需求溢出框架式物流車的情況,提出虛附加工序進(jìn)行解決,在降低配送成本的同時(shí),提高框架式物流車的承載率。
[Abstract]:With the diversification of market demand and the progress of science and technology, the common production model can no longer meet the existing needs. For manufacturing enterprises, facing its production line efficient and rapid production. Inefficient logistics distribution is an important aspect of restricting productivity. For production line logistics distribution, to meet production needs, reasonable planning of vehicle distribution route can improve the efficiency of production line distribution. To ensure the normal production of production lines, reduce logistics costs, distribution vehicle path planning problem in the actual production enterprises have an important practical significance. Frame logistics vehicle is a kind of high carrying capacity. Distribution of goods can be diversified, the distribution process is stable, loading and unloading items are convenient, energy saving logistics distribution vehicles. For the rhythm of strong, production process demand diverse and large demand for material supply on the production site. Frame logistics vehicle is undoubtedly the best choice. This paper studies the material distribution path optimization of B company assembly workshop, and combines the theory of path planning and its solution algorithm to achieve the purpose of optimization. The main research contents are as follows: the cost factor of mathematical model used by the company is relatively single, but in the actual production and distribution there will be many factors to produce the cost. This paper analyzes and combines the comprehensive factors to design a new mathematical model, at the same time through the analysis of the traffic route on the spot to reset the parameters. The difference of annual budget is corrected. 2) the replacement of waste box is added to the optimization of normal distribution path, and the normal distribution problem is transformed into the problem of simultaneous delivery. To reduce the cost of distribution, a hybrid genetic algorithm is designed to solve the optimal path, which makes the algorithm more suitable for solving this kind of problem. In order to reduce the cost of distribution, the virtual additional process is proposed to solve the problem of overflowing frame type logistics vehicle with process demand while improving the efficiency of operation at the same time of saving the cost of distribution. Increase the carrying capacity of the frame type logistics vehicle.
