我國高技術(shù)制造業(yè)行業(yè)異質(zhì)性與發(fā)展能力研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟全球化的趨勢,國家與國家之間的競爭更多地表現(xiàn)為對科學技術(shù)的競爭,世界范圍內(nèi)新一輪科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革的興起,使高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)(制造業(yè))的發(fā)展面臨激烈的國際競爭,高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)(制造業(yè))必須轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營機制,提高生產(chǎn)效率,不斷提高自身的發(fā)展能力水平,關(guān)于高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)(制造業(yè))的研究一直是國內(nèi)外學者關(guān)注的重點。在中國實施“十三五”規(guī)劃以及推進供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的過程中,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)出智能化、高端化的高技術(shù)特征,高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)(制造業(yè))是我國在“十三五”期間推動經(jīng)濟科學發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的重要舉措之一,高技術(shù)制造業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,推動了我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)加速向中高端邁進,有利于提升產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力,為穩(wěn)增長、促改革、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、惠民生提供更加強勁的動力,高技術(shù)制造業(yè)對促進我國產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級以及擴大有效供給具有極其重要的作用。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,引入行業(yè)異質(zhì)性和發(fā)展能力理論,本文從行業(yè)內(nèi)生性差異化即行業(yè)異質(zhì)性的角度入手,以我國高技術(shù)制造業(yè)22個行業(yè)為研究對象,運用2000—2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù),對我國高技術(shù)制造業(yè)的行業(yè)異質(zhì)性與發(fā)展能力進行研究。文章選擇代表行業(yè)異質(zhì)性的指標即全要素生產(chǎn)率及其分解值與發(fā)展能力的指標,通過分別運用歐氏距離法和因子分析法計算出能夠代表各行業(yè)異質(zhì)性與發(fā)展能力大小的具體數(shù)值,最后,構(gòu)建異質(zhì)性與發(fā)展能力二者之間的回歸模型,實證分析行業(yè)異質(zhì)性對發(fā)展能力的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,我國高技術(shù)制造業(yè)22個行業(yè)其全要素生產(chǎn)率及其分解值存在很大的差異性,即行業(yè)之間的生產(chǎn)率存在較強的異質(zhì)性,同時,對于我國高技術(shù)制造業(yè)來說,行業(yè)異質(zhì)性對其發(fā)展能力具有顯著的正向促進作用。根據(jù)以上結(jié)論提出了提高全要素生產(chǎn)率、優(yōu)化配置各種資源要素以及提升我國高技術(shù)制造業(yè)發(fā)展能力的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the trend of economic globalization, the competition between countries is more on the competition of science and technology in the world, the rise of a new round of technological revolution and the industrial revolution, the high-tech industry (Manufacturing) development facing the fierce international competition, high technology industry (Manufacturing) must change the management mechanism, improve production efficiency, improve the level of development of their own ability, a high technology industry (Manufacturing) research has been the focus of attention of scholars at home and abroad. The implementation of the "13th Five-Year" planning and promote the supply side structural reform in Chinese, industrial structure presents the characteristics of intelligent, high technology the high-end, high technology industry (Manufacturing) is one of the important measures for China in 13th Five-Year during the period of promoting economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading, high technology manufacturing industry rapidly Development, and promote China's industrial structure to accelerate the move to high-end, is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of products in the market, for steady growth, promoting reform, structural adjustment, improve people provide more strong power, high technology manufacturing industry to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's industry and the expansion of effective supply plays an important role in this paper. On the basis of previous studies, the introduction of industry heterogeneity and development ability theory, this paper from the industry endogenous differentiation is the heterogeneity of the industry perspective, in China's high-tech manufacturing 22 industries as the research object, using panel data from 2000 to 2014, the research ability of industry heterogeneity and the development of manufacturing industry in high technology. This paper selects a representative industry heterogeneity index: TFP and its decomposition value and development capacity index, by respectively using the Euclidean distance method and factor analysis method to calculate The specific value, on behalf of the industry and the development of heterogeneous size finally, regression model between the construction and the development ability heterogeneity of the two, empirical analysis of the impact of industry heterogeneity on the development ability. The results showed that China's high-tech manufacturing industries 22 of the total factor productivity and decomposition value there is a big difference that is, between the industry productivity heterogeneity, strong at the same time, for China's high-tech manufacturing industry, the industry heterogeneity of its development ability has significant positive effect. According to the above conclusions are put forward to improve total factor productivity, optimizing the allocation of resource elements and improve the development capacity of China's high technology manufacturing industry policy recommendations.
