杭州ZJ有限公司設(shè)備管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的日益激烈,現(xiàn)代化設(shè)備的投入也越來越多,設(shè)備在生產(chǎn)中的作用一直以來是工業(yè)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)鍵所在,而設(shè)備管理一直是很多企業(yè)所忽視的問題,沒有引起相關(guān)管理者的足夠重視,設(shè)備的使用效率沒能發(fā)揮到最大程度。而ZJ公司同樣存在設(shè)備管理的眾多問題,特別是近年來隨著ZJ公司產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)需求的不斷提高,生產(chǎn)設(shè)備故障頻發(fā),生產(chǎn)效率相對(duì)滯后,也引起了公司管理層的重視。基于此,本文,以TPM理論為基礎(chǔ),提出具體的改進(jìn)ZJ公司設(shè)備管理的優(yōu)化方案,解決ZJ公司在設(shè)備管理存在的問題。借助定性的魚骨圖的方法對(duì)ZJ公司設(shè)備管理存在的問題進(jìn)行定性的評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)借助問卷調(diào)查的定量評(píng)價(jià)方法,以ZJ公司的從事設(shè)備管理相關(guān)工作的人員為調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)ZJ公司的設(shè)備管理進(jìn)行定量評(píng)價(jià),并制定了具體的改進(jìn)ZJ公司設(shè)備管理的優(yōu)化方案及保障措施。通過定性的分析,得到ZJ公司的設(shè)備管理存在身體,集中的表現(xiàn)在人員問題、設(shè)備自身的問題、物料的問題、法規(guī)機(jī)制的問題以及環(huán)境的問題;通過設(shè)定調(diào)查問卷的方式,以ZJ公司從事設(shè)備管理的員工或者相關(guān)工作的管理者為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過問卷的方式獲得數(shù)據(jù),得到具體的定量診斷結(jié)果,表現(xiàn)在:設(shè)備管理的整體水平還相對(duì)不高,而設(shè)備運(yùn)行的管理評(píng)價(jià)、設(shè)備維修管理、資產(chǎn)管理的總體評(píng)價(jià)、設(shè)備管理的制度總體評(píng)價(jià)上也相對(duì)較低,除了設(shè)備維修管理達(dá)到評(píng)價(jià)的及格線外,其他的指標(biāo)都處于相對(duì)低的水平;制定了基于TPM理論的ZJ公司的設(shè)備管理優(yōu)化方案,該方案根據(jù)不同階段實(shí)施的重點(diǎn)劃分為四個(gè)階段;并確定了ZJ公司設(shè)備管理優(yōu)化實(shí)施的保障措施。通過本文的研究,為解決ZJ公司設(shè)備管理存在的問題提供了具體實(shí)施的方案,可以為解決ZJ公司設(shè)備管理的具體問題提供依據(jù),同時(shí),為同行業(yè)的企業(yè)進(jìn)行設(shè)備管理方面的改進(jìn)提供了借鑒,具有一定的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition environment of industrial enterprises, more and more investment in modern equipment, the role of equipment in production has always been the key to the competition of industrial enterprises. Equipment management has been neglected by many enterprises, not enough attention to the relevant managers, equipment efficiency did not play to the greatest extent. And ZJ company also has many problems of equipment management. Especially in recent years, with the continuous improvement of product market demand of ZJ Company, production equipment failures occur frequently, and the production efficiency is lagging behind, which has also attracted the attention of the management of the company. Based on this, this paper. Based on the theory of TPM, this paper puts forward the optimization scheme to improve the equipment management of ZJ Company. In order to solve the problems existing in the equipment management of ZJ Company, the qualitative evaluation of the problems existing in the equipment management of ZJ Company is carried out by the method of qualitative fish bone map, and the quantitative evaluation method of questionnaire survey is used at the same time. Taking the personnel of ZJ Company who are engaged in equipment management as the investigation object, the equipment management of ZJ Company is evaluated quantitatively. Through qualitative analysis, the author obtains that the equipment management of ZJ company has body, and concentrated on personnel problems. Problems with the equipment itself, materials, regulatory mechanisms and the environment; Through the design of the questionnaire, ZJ company engaged in equipment management staff or related managers as the survey object, through the questionnaire to obtain data, to obtain specific quantitative diagnosis results. Performance in: the overall level of equipment management is relatively low, and equipment operation management evaluation, equipment maintenance management, the overall evaluation of asset management, the overall evaluation of equipment management system is relatively low. In addition to equipment maintenance management to meet the qualification line, the other indicators are in a relatively low level; The equipment management optimization scheme of ZJ Company based on TPM theory is established, which is divided into four stages according to the emphasis of different stages. Through the research of this paper, it provides a concrete implementation scheme for solving the problems existing in the equipment management of ZJ Company. It can provide the basis for solving the specific problems of equipment management in ZJ Company, at the same time, it can be used as a reference for the improvement of equipment management in the same industry, which has certain practical value.
