【摘要】：中國經(jīng)濟(jì)在經(jīng)歷過30多年將近10%的增長之后進(jìn)入“新常態(tài)”。當(dāng)前進(jìn)行的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革就是對經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、動力結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式等三大結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。而對于傳統(tǒng)的電力行業(yè),也面臨著新的發(fā)展形勢和挑戰(zhàn),電力行業(yè)十三五規(guī)劃綱要提出:加快電力行業(yè)放開,限制火電、大力發(fā)展新能源,發(fā)展綠色環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè),增強(qiáng)環(huán)保技術(shù),嚴(yán)格環(huán)保執(zhí)法。在此大背景下,許多傳統(tǒng)行業(yè),特別是為火電廠配套和提供服務(wù)的企業(yè)迎來了非常艱難的時期:市場低迷、成本攀升、沒有核心技術(shù)。據(jù)東方財富Choice數(shù)據(jù)顯示:2016年前三季度,上市公司中與此相關(guān)的機(jī)械設(shè)備板塊,營業(yè)收入和利潤同比均出現(xiàn)-1.56%和-24.1%的下滑。據(jù)相關(guān)資料顯示,有機(jī)構(gòu)對400余家大中型國企的戰(zhàn)略管理進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,結(jié)果顯示僅僅2%的企業(yè)制定了完善的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。所以,除了經(jīng)濟(jì)大環(huán)境的影響外,企業(yè)自身的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的缺失或者戰(zhàn)略管理水平的低下也是重要原因。本文以一家國有控股新三板上市的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)“煙臺LP公司”為研究對象,在深入研究公司的發(fā)展歷程和戰(zhàn)略管理狀況以及當(dāng)前企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理發(fā)展趨勢的基礎(chǔ)上,為其提出一套符合當(dāng)前公司發(fā)展階段、切實可以的戰(zhàn)略方案。本文從煙臺LP公司的內(nèi)外環(huán)境分析、行業(yè)環(huán)境分析、內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析入手,在企業(yè)使命、發(fā)展目標(biāo)、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、戰(zhàn)略實施等方面為煙臺LP公司提出戰(zhàn)略管理的解決方案。通過對煙臺LP公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究和實施,不僅促進(jìn)了煙臺LP公司的企業(yè)發(fā)展并提高了企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理水平,也豐富了戰(zhàn)略管理研究在國有控股創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的運(yùn)用案例。并且,該研究也為同類型企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理提供了參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of nearly 10% years of growth, China's economy has entered into a "new normal". The current supply-side structural reform is to the economic structure, power structure. Economic growth mode and other three major structural adjustment. For the traditional power industry, but also facing a new development situation and challenges, the 13th Five-Year Plan for the electric power industry proposed: speed up the opening up of the power industry, limit thermal power. Vigorously develop new energy, develop green environmental protection industry, enhance environmental protection technology, strict environmental law enforcement. In this context, many traditional industries. Especially for the thermal power plants to support and provide services to the enterprises ushered in a very difficult period: the market downturn, rising costs. There is no core technology. In the first three quarters of 2016, the machinery and equipment sector of listed companies was associated with this, according to Choice. Operating income and profits both fell by -1.56 percent and -24.1percent from the same period last year. According to relevant data, some organizations conducted surveys on the strategic management of more than 400 large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises. The results show that only 2% of the enterprises have formulated a sound development strategy. Therefore, in addition to the impact of the economic environment. The lack of strategic planning or the low level of strategic management is also an important reason. This paper takes Yantai LP Company, a new high-tech enterprise listed on the new third board of state-owned holding, as the research object. On the basis of in-depth study of the development history and strategic management situation of the company and the development trend of the current enterprise strategic management, the author puts forward a set of companies in line with the current development stage of the company. This article from the Yantai LP company's internal and external environment analysis, the industry environment analysis, the internal environment analysis, in the enterprise mission, the development goal, the development strategy. Strategic implementation and other aspects for Yantai LP company strategic management solutions. Through the Yantai LP company development strategy research and implementation. Not only promote the development of Yantai LP company and improve the level of strategic management, but also enrich the use of strategic management research in state-owned gem listed companies. And. This study also provides a reference for the strategic management of the same type of enterprises.
