【摘要】:發(fā)展新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅是產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)需要,也是未來(lái)趨勢(shì)所在。我國(guó)政府在“十三五”規(guī)劃中明確提出要大力支持新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,并且制定了一系列產(chǎn)業(yè)政策。經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,以新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)為代表的戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)作為實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支撐,其產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升有助于自主品牌汽車搶占戰(zhàn)略競(jìng)爭(zhēng)高地。本文圍繞自主品牌新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,以產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論為基礎(chǔ),綜合運(yùn)用波特“鉆石模型”、因子分析法,對(duì)自主品牌新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行定性和定量分析。首先說(shuō)明了研究背景、意義,明確了自主品牌、新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)涵。其次,分析產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力形成機(jī)制,剖析了自主品牌新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力各因素的作用機(jī)理及相互作用。然后,結(jié)合自主品牌新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)特征和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展概況,運(yùn)用波特“鉆石模型”模型對(duì)自主品牌新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的要素進(jìn)行全面評(píng)價(jià),并分析了新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)自主品牌新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力優(yōu)劣的全方位了解。再次,采用因子分析,從生產(chǎn)、市場(chǎng)、技術(shù)和資本四個(gè)方面選取評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)對(duì)自主品牌新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析;實(shí)證分析分別以不同新能源車企數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行國(guó)內(nèi)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力因子橫向比較,并與全球新能源汽車產(chǎn)量排名前五的國(guó)家進(jìn)行了產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的比較分析。最后依據(jù)定性分析與定量分析的結(jié)果分別從縮小核心技術(shù)差距、加強(qiáng)宣傳推廣、優(yōu)化政策環(huán)境體系等方面提出自主品牌新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The development of new energy automotive industry is not only the need for industrial upgrading, but also the future trend. The Chinese government in the "13th Five-Year" plan explicitly proposed to vigorously support the development of new energy automotive industry, and developed a series of industrial policies. Under the new economic norm, the new energy automotive industry as the representative of the strategic emerging industries as an important support entity the economy, the competitiveness of the industry to help the independent brand automobile competition to seize the strategic heights. This paper focuses on the brand new energy automobile industry competitiveness, based on the industry competition theory, using Potter's "Diamond Model", the factor analysis method, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the brand new energy automobile industry competitiveness. First of all the research background, significance, defines the connotation of independent brands, the competitiveness of new energy automotive industry. Secondly, analyze the industrial competitive force forming machine System, analysis the mechanism of various factors of independent brand competitiveness of new energy automotive industry and interaction. Then, combined with the general situation of the automobile industry characteristics and the development of new energy industry brands, using elements of Potter's "Diamond Model" model of independent brand new energy automobile industry competitiveness comprehensive evaluation, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the new the energy of the automobile industry, realize the full range of independent brand new energy automobile industry competitiveness between understanding. Again, using factor analysis, from four aspects of production, market, technology and capital to select evaluation index to make an empirical analysis on the brand new energy automobile industry competitiveness; empirical analysis in different new energy car prices data China new energy automobile industry competitiveness factor comparison, and global production of new energy vehicles, the top five countries in the industrial international competitiveness Finally, based on the results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the related policy recommendations for upgrading the competitiveness of independent brand new energy vehicle industry are put forward from the following aspects: narrowing the core technology gap, strengthening publicity and promotion, and optimizing the policy environment system.
