【摘要】：產業(yè)鏈是一個融合產業(yè)組織分工、產業(yè)活動組織協(xié)調以及空間上的組織構成這三個基本空間維度的概念。它是產業(yè)和空間相互交織的一種分工與協(xié)調形式。從分工角度,產業(yè)鏈分工是促進產業(yè)鏈效率提高的一種實現形式,通過專業(yè)化經濟的分工以及產業(yè)鏈上的組織經濟法則,獲得產業(yè)鏈效率的動態(tài)變化和成本結構的變化。從協(xié)調角度,強調產業(yè)組織的演變及形成以價值鏈和供應鏈為基礎的相互關聯(lián)產業(yè)結構的重要性。以產業(yè)鏈這個概念為基礎,本文認為產業(yè)鏈競爭力的形成是一個優(yōu)化、重構產業(yè)和組織模式的動態(tài)過程。這個過程是通過產業(yè)鏈在位企業(yè)間的協(xié)同行動來實現的,包括:選擇和定位產業(yè)活動,實時進行產業(yè)活動調整與治理模式升級,以提高產業(yè)效率,獲得競爭優(yōu)勢。本文在產業(yè)鏈的框架內,綜合了經濟學理論、管理學理論并從化學纖維產業(yè)鏈各項經濟指標2010年-2014年的變化著手,分析化學纖維產業(yè)鏈產出逐年增加和利潤率卻持續(xù)下滑的事實,從產業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的角度,探討作為化學纖維產業(yè)基礎的化纖機械設備產業(yè)鏈特征及整合與重構模式,旨在以產業(yè)鏈視角分析化學纖維產業(yè)生產成本上升的原因,并進一步探討了我們應采取的對策。指出進行產業(yè)鏈整合與重構進而做大做強鏈主企業(yè),突破跨國企業(yè)控制的結構洞是國內化纖產業(yè)鏈尤其紡織專用設備產業(yè)鏈應采取的競爭策略。對產業(yè)鏈及紡織機械設備產業(yè)的研究繁瑣復雜,本文作者由于其知識、視野的局限性,只對此作了些探索性研究,旨在拋磚引玉,期待更多的同仁能夠繼續(xù)深化這方面的研究。
[Abstract]:The industrial chain is a division of labor in an integrated industrial organization. Industrial activity organization coordination and spatial organization constitute the concept of these three basic spatial dimensions. It is a form of division of labor and coordination between industry and space, from the perspective of division of labor. The division of labor in industrial chain is a kind of realizing form to promote the efficiency of industrial chain, through the division of labor of specialized economy and the rules of organization economy in industrial chain. Get the dynamic change of industry chain efficiency and the change of cost structure. The paper emphasizes the importance of the evolution of industrial organization and the formation of interrelated industrial structure based on value chain and supply chain. Based on the concept of industrial chain, this paper thinks that the formation of industrial chain competitiveness is an optimization. The dynamic process of reconstructing the industrial and organizational model. This process is realized through the cooperative action among the enterprises in the industrial chain, including the selection and positioning of industrial activities. In order to improve the industrial efficiency and obtain the competitive advantage, this paper integrates the economic theory within the framework of the industrial chain. Based on the theory of management and the changes of various economic indexes of chemical fiber industrial chain from 2010 to 2014, the paper analyzes the fact that the output of chemical fiber industry chain increases year by year and the profit margin continues to decline. From the perspective of industrial chain development, this paper discusses the characteristics of chemical fiber machinery and equipment industry chain as the basis of chemical fiber industry and the mode of integration and reconstruction, in order to analyze the reasons for the rising production cost of chemical fiber industry from the perspective of industrial chain. And further discussed the countermeasures we should take, pointed out that the industrial chain integration and reconstruction, and become bigger and stronger chain of main enterprises. Breaking through the structure hole controlled by multinational enterprises is the competitive strategy that should be adopted in the domestic chemical fiber industrial chain, especially in the textile special equipment industry chain. The research on the industrial chain and textile machinery equipment industry is complicated and complicated. Due to the limitations of his knowledge and vision, the author has only made some exploratory research on this, in order to draw on the jade and hope that more colleagues can continue to deepen the research in this field.
