【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),隨著中國(guó)汽車工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,中國(guó)汽車市場(chǎng)銷售額持續(xù)上漲,主要的國(guó)際汽車制造商如德國(guó)大眾,美國(guó)福特等紛紛和中國(guó)汽車制造商合作成立了汽車廠,并相繼向中國(guó)汽車領(lǐng)域進(jìn)軍。當(dāng)前進(jìn)口品牌已在國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)占有較大市場(chǎng)份額,但隨著近年來(lái)國(guó)家政策的扶持下,自主品牌的地位也在逐年增加,近年來(lái)中國(guó)汽車銷售市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)相當(dāng)激烈。中國(guó)已成為世界工廠,其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重點(diǎn)主要是為了快速響應(yīng)客戶的需求。如何改善每個(gè)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng),生產(chǎn)低成本,短周期,高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品,以快速響應(yīng)客戶的需求,從而獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。通過(guò)多年的實(shí)踐,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)促進(jìn)汽車物流管理業(yè)務(wù)是非常重要和具有深遠(yuǎn)意義的。汽車制造商可以通過(guò)開(kāi)發(fā)新技術(shù)和提高服務(wù)水平來(lái)提高市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。然而,改善汽車物流模式才是企業(yè)節(jié)約資源,降低物流成本的關(guān)鍵因素。企業(yè)改善了汽車物流結(jié)構(gòu),就可以降低生產(chǎn)成本和運(yùn)輸成本,為提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量投入更多資源,從而提升汽車銷售市場(chǎng)的地位。汽車物流包括入廠物流,廠內(nèi)物流,銷售物流,回收物流四大物流模式。這些模式之間有相互關(guān)聯(lián)的關(guān)系。本文以一汽大眾入廠物流過(guò)程作為研究目標(biāo),以提出經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的物流改善方案為目的,為一汽大眾入廠物流縮短運(yùn)輸時(shí)間,降低成本提供可靠依據(jù)。本文的主要內(nèi)容包括:通過(guò)對(duì)汽車入廠物流的相關(guān)理論的研究,分析一汽大眾入廠物流的現(xiàn)狀,剖析其問(wèn)題和問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因,提出基于Unify模式的入廠物流解決方案和思路供企業(yè)參考,為一汽大眾提供最優(yōu)的運(yùn)行路線從而降低成本,提高市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,提供科學(xué)的決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, with the rapid development of China automobile industry, China car market sales continued to rise, the main international car manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Ford and other car manufacturers have to cooperate and China established the automobile factory, and have to China into the army. The cars imported brands in the domestic market has a large market share, but with the the support of national policy in recent years, the independent brand status is also increasing year by year, in recent years Chinese automobile sales market has been quite intense competition. Chinese has become the factory of the world, the competition is mainly in order to respond quickly to customer needs. How to improve the operation system of each enterprise, low cost, short production cycle. High quality products, with rapid response to customer demand, to gain competitive advantage. Through many years of practice, we found that the promotion of automobile logistics management Business is very important and far-reaching significance. The manufacturers can improve market competitiveness through the development of new technology and improve the service level. However, the improvement of automobile logistics model is the key factor for enterprises to save resources, reduce the cost of logistics enterprises. To improve the automobile logistics structure, can reduce the production cost and transportation cost, for to improve the quality of products to devote more resources so as to enhance the automobile sales market. The automobile logistics including inbound logistics, logistics, sales logistics and recycling logistics logistics mode. Four interrelated relationship between these modes. In this paper, the FAW Volkswagen inbound logistics as the research target, in order to put forward the economic and reasonable logistics improvement scheme for the purpose of FAW Volkswagen for inbound logistics and shorten the delivery time, reduce costs and provide a reliable basis. The main contents of this paper include: Based on cars Research on related theories of logistics, analysis of FAW Volkswagen factory into the status quo of the logistics, analysis of the causes of the problems and problems, put forward Unify model of inbound logistics solutions and ideas for enterprise reference based on operation so as to reduce the optimal route for FAW Volkswagen, improve market competitiveness, provide a scientific basis for decision making.
